Our stay at Santorini Kastelli Resort was what we call “ once in life holiday “ ! Words cannot describe how much we enjoyed . Impeccable in every single way & the management & staff deserve 10 stars.

Worth every cent. Excellent services, awesome staff, state of the art location. No matter if you want to chill out or to try an amazing SPA experience, to have a bier or to drink equisit cocktails, Kastelli has everythink you need. PS:Try potatoes gnocchi at the restaurant, best ever.

This is a wonderful Hotel and is so good we have booked to return there next year to get married. This Hotel totally deserves its 5 stars from its excellent staff who are all so kind and helpful and keep this facility so clean. The breakfast is wonderful and it's facilities of 4 swimming pools and tennis court were just so good. I want to thank Dimitrius and his team for looking after us all so well . Santorini itself is breathtaking but if you staying in the Kamari region you really will not get a better standard of Hotel than Kestelli . Thanks Joe O' Rourke

Beautiful place , impeccably clean, we stayed in one of the luxury swim up suites for 3 nights which was incredible . Staff and management were exceptional and so friendly and helpful. I left a few items of clothing behind and they were sent to our hotel in Fira the following day . Highly recommend this venue . Helen and Richard sutton

Our stay exceeded all expectations. It was just amazing! The hotel is stunning, photos do not do it justice! Very clean, very modern, very luxurious and spacious. Each room has a unique aspect to it. Great pools, and an exceptional restaurant. We had our first meal at the restaurant and the staff went above and beyond as well as the food being so delicious - no complaints at all, especially about the restaurant. The best asset of the resort is THE STAFF. The staff make you feel so welcome and at home. Nothing is too much for them, always going out of their way to make you feel comfortable and assisting with anything and everything you need. Special mention to Marios from the pool bar and restaurant - always so polite, so professional and a very hard working person. We were always very happy to see him. He is brilliant at his job! Bill who served us coffee each morning made our day each day, always available and always topped up our coffees before we even asked. He was very attentive and very hard working. Dimos was also brilliant and deserve a special mention. he remembered little things about each of us (group of 6) right from the beginning in terms of things we like and things we ordered - this made us feel extra special and not just like a normal hotel guest. he always went above and beyond to help us, whether at the pool, bar, restaurant. We met Kostas when we first arrived and he gave us an amazing tour of the hotel, great start. He was always so helpful with anything we needed and he was always around whatever time of day, he ensured we were ok and having a great stay every single day. All staff were excellent and have a very bright future ahead. For all of the above, we will most definitely be returning again.

We had our vacation in this hotel from end of May until begin of june. We had a superior double room with a sharing pool area and we can recommend this room as we dont like a crowdy loud Main pool area. The rooms are big and its enough space for the clothes. Just 5 minutes walk to the beach promenade with a lot of Restaurants. Unfortunately the rooms are very loud and you can hear everything from your neighbours. Also when other guests are in the corridor its so loud that you are not able to sleep. The breakfast is horrible. 2 selections of fruits, pancakes were not warm but they should be. The Joghurt was empty one day and they didnt had enough to offer it at the Buffet. Its just Joghurt- please, they should go to the next Supermarket and buy it. Only 2 cheese and one Salami and one ham selection. I've never seen before cocktail cherrys at a Buffet. The coffee is not drinkable. The Fried eggs were old and not fresh. Every morning we took the big water bottle from The Buffet, because we were 4 adults and the glasses were so small as we dont want to walk every 2 Minutes to fill up the water. At the last day one waiter told us that we are not allowed to take the water from The Buffet but He didnt offer any solution what we expected at a 5* hotel. Also the 4 course dinner menu was not tasty. It Tasted like nothing with no spices. The food was not fresh and most of the time cold. Most of the time we didnt eat it and no one of the waiter asked if something is not good. All the waiter are working like they are in education. Put the glass on the table somewhere, spoon on the wrong side, removed the fork instead of the knife for the Soup spoon, the food that was left on the plates was emptied from one plate to the other on the table together. This Was not what we expect for a 5 Star hotel. All of the staff are around 20 years and we guess no one never teached them how to work in a Restaurant or to talk with guests. We got a fruit plate and a bottle of wine to our room because we have made an instagram post where we tagged the hotel. That was a cute reaction from The hotel and we appricate it. We also got a free of Charge late check out until 7pm, we also appreciate that. At check out we were not asked if everything was good or not, just another thank you for the instagram post. Nevertheless the hotel building is clean and beautiful, the staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and nice. We can only recommend the hotel without any breakfast or food, if you love good and delcious food you should eat somewhere else and for us definitely not a 5* hotel.

More than words can say we are happy to be at this wonderful place. ENERIK at the reception help us a lot supper professional person. Cristal clean room and compound. All staff's are very helpful ? ? ?. Extremely comfortable nice service . Positive and smiley people . Definitely recommend it! You guys have my Great appreciation. The Best place in Santorini .

I was incredibly surprised by how amazing this resort is, we booked on Booking.com and didn’t expect the place to be so incredible. We enjoyed a private use of the spa, tennis courts, several swimming pools around the resort and the food is always available, cocktails always on the go and staff just can’t do enough for you!
