Everything except for the location was sad.The staff was rude and unfriendly.Especially the morning male superviser in the breakfast area at the restaurant.I found a hair in my omelette which I guess was a no big deal for them.Never ever staying here again and neither would suggest anyone to do it.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars to the staff -- Stelios, Joanna, our housekeeper Irini, servers Nick, Kostas & George all made our stay so special. Our cave room was spacious, with a large bath with great amenities and private hot tub h lounge chairs. One small negative - our open tub shower splashed a lot of water on the floor. We loved it & recommend this hotel!

We had a small issue with our tour agency regarding comps but the hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating and made it a non issue. Couldn’t have asked for better service and would recommend to anyone

With this view and the attention that all hotel staff did during our stay was the big difference. They were worried all the time if we were having a good time and advise with good restaurant, tips of the island and things to do. We will get back for sure! Dream trip!

Concierge came to street where we were, to help us find parking and take us and bags to our hotel room. Staff went above and beyond. The rooms and the view speaks for itself in the perfect spot in Oia. Loved the hot tub and very clean and spacious suite. I highly recommend this hotel!
E	Emma Waugh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was by far the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was beyond nice and accommodating, I don’t believe they ever said the word “no” to us. The food was great and the rooms were immaculate with amazing views. They provided water twice a day in the rooms and would bring more if requested. The breakfast being delivered every morning was a great touch. In addition, we were welcomed to our room with a bottle of champagne to celebrate our honeymoon. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. On top of the stay being amazing, it is also in the perfect location, right off the walking path in Oia with easy access to countless restaurants and stores. We have just left and I am already planning my next trip back!

They were accommodating in every way; we never had a need that this team could not meet. The concierge team spent time reviewing the island and making our experience in Santorini personalized. They arranged transfers, dinner reservations, and activities. We enjoyed spending our trip surrounded by these amazing people. The hotel was incredible, clean, with large rooms, and amazing views. The pool and pool bar were a favorite of ours as well. We cannot think of a better place to stay.
