Very greedy hotel, we booked a room paying significant amount for 4 night stay but unfortunately due to my family's medical condition coupled with all travel advisory update for Greece we couldn't travel there. I kindly requested hotel to see if we could cancel even paying portion of charge as fee and they simply denied it. Ironically, they cancelled my stay and I see them post the room again with travel agencies. So they are making double the money on our booking. For that amount they charge (over $600 per night) I would expect excellent service but instead I found it to be the worst ever. I would NEVER recommend such an establishment. Update: after I posted the original review the hotel did refund the booking.

We had a small issue at the beginning with check in with the room, but Evi and Dimitra were quick to make it right. We got upgraded on our last night to the Deluxe suite which was honestly out of this world. All the staff is very helpful for whatever you need, restaurant reservations, massages, activities. The pool is simply magic! We got the 2 chairs overlooking the caldera and we felt as if we were in the water. The food and drinks and service are top notch! The location is perfect ! Not in the crowdy area! Breakfast is generous and with the vue of the room you feel the Santorini vibes for sure!! I recommend this hotel 100% and will send my parents there for sure!!

My husband and I stayed at La Perla for 3 nights for our trip to Santorini for our honeymoon. We absolutely loved every minute of it! We were greeted with genuine smiles and respect. Someone helped us carry our luggages down and got us checked in immediately. They were quick with any of our concerns and made us feel at home. I forgot the name of the lady at the front desk but she was wonderful - very kind! The breakfast was delicious and the location of the hotel is IDEAL in Oia - highly recommended. Such beautiful views! Our room was very clean and room service did a wonderful job cleaning it everyday. Thank you La Perla for an amazing experience, we will be back!

We stayed here for two nights and had a great stay. We were upgraded to a junior suite on arrival which was fantastic with its own terrace and plunge pool/jacuzzi. The room was great though because it was on two floors and the AC on the top floor the downstairs could be a bit warm. The room comes with a great view overlooking the caldera and breakfast is served on your private terrace at a time of your choosing. The pool is amazing with comfy sun beds to lounge on and great service from the bar. The club sandwich was tasty and reasonably priced.

If you’re visiting Santorini this is the place to stay. The staff are amazing and always going through extra mile for guests. Andonis, John, Aggelo, and Marios took exceptional care of us during our 3 night stay. We spent our last day from breakfast to night time drinks at 11:45pm at the hotel near the pool and restaurant area getting drinks and food all day long. I could come stay here and not leave for my entire stay! It helps that you get some of the best views from any of the rooms at this property.

If you’re going to Santorini, staying at La Perla is a no-brainer. Absolute luxury and class from start to finish. The villa and pool views are stunning, the included breakfast is phenomenal, and there’s a fantastic pool bar/dining area overlooking the caldera that is very reasonably priced. Beyond all that, the staff are incredibly hard-working, friendly, and accommodating. Finally, because the villas themselves are set below the main street, you’ll find yourself simultaneously right in the middle of all the action of Oía but also removed enough to have total privacy when you return for the night. I can’t recommend this place enough. La Perla for the win.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. All the staff take immense pride in their work, which is reflected in everything from the hostess welcoming us, the gentlemen helping us with our luggage, the amazing breakfast, the clean suite and attentive staff making sure everything is perfect. We got a place by the pool everyday and our hot tub was always clean and warm. We will be recommending this hotel to our friends and family. Thank you again.

A lovely hotel with friendly staff! The breakfast was plentiful and tasty and whatever we asked reception for, was no problem. The bed was comfy. The reasons for not giving 5 stars are: the bottom pillow was quite hard, making it uncomfortable to sleep on at times. There was a reoccurring issue with our room key not working, reception sorted this every time but it was inconvenient after multiple occasions. The jacuzzi was a lot cooler than I have been used to at other hotels. This meant we couldn't really use it as it was really quite cold. When asking if the temperature could be turned up, a member of staff touched it and said it was normal temperature and what did I want. This made me feel a little uncomfortable for asking and although the temperature was then turned up to its maximum, it was still cold. There was a light above the door which was quite bright and we couldn't turn it off at night. These issues, however, are very small and fixable. The location is perfect and the hotel amenities and staff were incredible. Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday.
