★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2.5 stars for half the service. Booked a daytime transfer for an important client which was fine, and at the same time booked a return for an early morning flight. They emailed me the night before to remind me of the meeting spot in front of the hotel. I acknowledged.
No one showed up, 3 hours later still no reply or info. I tried calling the number several times and emailing but no answer. Take a taxi, when they were really needed no one showed up, dont risk missing your flight because of this unprofessional service.
edit: They refunded me so I added a star, told me closed roads were an issue but they only tried to make contact 20minutes after the set meeting time (by which time the clients had left in a last minute taxi.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. My only issue was that I asked prior to leaving if I could pay the driver by card and was told I could. Then when we arrived at the hotel the driver could not take card payment and we had to lift money from an ATM. Luckily there was an ATM that was very close but still annoying after a long day of traveling to have this hassle at the last point of our journey. Other than that I would have given 5 stars.
