Santorini Villas Traditional Houses - konstantinou Bellonia

Santorini Villas is a little oasis in the middle of Santorini. We really enjoyed our 10 day stay there in late September. It was a nice respite from the hustle and bustle of Fira, which is about 8 minutes away by taxi or car (one day we walked which took about 40 mins) Our villa had a lovely and quite large spa hot tub which was amazing and a little kitchenette, very comfy bed as well. Grace and staff were very welcoming to us and provided everything we needed including a big bowl of fresh fruit! There are 2 little markets down a hilly winding road about a 15 minute walk away (good workout!) where you can buy fresh bread and groceries or a 2 minute drive. The infinity pool was beautiful & refreshing...overall a hidden gem!

Very nice place to stay in middle of Santorini. The Staff is extremly friendly and willing to help in everything. Their infinity pool gives a very nice view over the see, making very good photospot. We liked that the place itself is not in a rushed place where every tourist is going, so ideal place for recover too. 20 mins of drive with ATV to Oia. Also they have a beautiful Church in the backyard. The rooms are big, also with nice overview of see. Only mention is that in the bathroom the window could be placed higher, so I can see my face instead of my tummy. I’d like to say Thanks once again to the Staff! Kepp up with the excelent work!!

Santorini Villas is my happy place in Santorini. The staff is very friendly and I love the typical style of the rooms. You can enjoy a day by the pool with an amazing view over the coast. The breakfast is always fresh and healthy. Recommended.

The best place we stayed in during our 3 week Honeymoon in Europe. Between Athens, Santorini, Rome, Sardinia; this place was our absolute favorite. Because the Service was 2nd to none! The staff here was sooo amazingly wonder pleasant. We stayed in late August of 2019; they went above and beyond to make sure our Honeymoon suite was amazing. Breakfast was always delicious, food was outstanding. The room was always super clean, the amenities were well stocked, we could order in for late night snacks from local restaurants. The pool was so well kept. They helped us schedule taxis. I LOVED the privacy of the place. It was barely a 15-20 min drive to Thira/Oia; we didn't have to worry about tourists walking by our pool or spa 24/7 or taking pictures by our suite like you do near the Caldera side. We still had a GORGEOUS ocean view without all the hustle and bustle of being in the town areas. There was a liquor store and local pub within walking distance if we needed anything. I can't wait to come back and make this an annual trip.

very nice, clean, and calm! especially the lady working there called Effi was fantastic, she helped us to find the best restaurants, places to visit, and guided us for the week we were visiting santorini.

Really great stay at the newly finished Santorini Villas. Amazing staff! Lovely location, quiet, clean, brilliant. Will certainly use again. We had a jacuzzi on our porch and a small, clean, functional room with a lot of character. Thanks for having us

We just finished our two night stay here during September 2020. We rented the studio Thirameni for two days with breakfast. Check in was easy and quick as Hamet went out of his way to make us feel welcome and gave us a few tips and info regarding the island. Views are super nice and the room was clean with a very strong A/C that was necessary as it got really hot the days we were there. Overall you can’t fault this place given the quality:money ration although we have three suggestions to make : 1. It would be very convenient to have hangers in the bathroom to hang the towels/clothes. Although it is spacious ,hangers would allow for easier and quicker drying. 2. As far as breakfast is concerned, it would be thoughtful to be able to choose what you would like to eat beforehand by filling out a menu as that would rule out the chance of getting served something one might not like or consume due to allergies/special diet. 3. It would also be nice to lay down some cement in the beginning of the driveway in order to even out the bump between the property and the road so as the cars don’t get scratched underneath.

We loved this place the minute we arrived. Great taste in any detail. The swimming pool is large and very beautiful. Most of all the kindness of the team is incredible. You feel home the minute you arrive. Well done do you all!
