Siete Mares Luxury Suites - Ano

Abbiamo prenotato una suite per 3 notti (tramite tour operator). Una volta giunti sul posto, ci hanno comunicato che la suite da noi prenotata ha avuto problemi strutturali “seri”. Ci hanno offerto un upgrade nella loro gran suite per poi spostarci, la terza notte, in una struttura vicina. Vicina, si, ma per nulla simile a quella che noi avevamo prenotato, seppur solo per una notte. Considero gravissimo che l’hotel non abbia trovato una soluzione alternativa, ed è davvero un peccato perché il luogo è davvero incantevole.

Love it.. Great location.. Great stafff.. Everything was lerfect except the jaccuzi was a heated pool not a jaccuzi so in windy weather its too cold to swim

We stayed here for a few days as a part of our honeymoon. This is the perfect location to explore Santorini. You have amazing views and s great hub to relax during the hot summerdays. The room and the pool were clean and lovely. All in all a great experience! Advice: rent a car to be flexible on the island.

An unparalleled experience. we are an experienced luxury hotels travelers and can sincerely say that the comfort, hospitality and experience of staying at this hotel Surpass the likes of Ritz Carlton, Shangri-la, Marriott, the plaza and the Four Seasons type hotels. from the moment we’ve set foot at the door we felt as if we arrived home, greeted with warm smiles and treated with unparalleled kindness by the entire crew for the entire stay. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. they made our stay more pleasant and interesting with advices & tips about the city ,supermarket, taverns and we even took a day trip with the hotel owner that took us to the best instagram spots and who by the way a very nice and friendly person that will attend to all your needs even if not hotel related. it is very important to emphasize that unlike other good hotels where the staff give fake smiles with the hope of squeezing another tip, in Siete Mares the feeling is that money is secondary, you are not compelled or pressured to do anything in direct or indirect ways. the staff are truly nice, kind people that attend to you from their bottom of their heart and goes out of their way to be there for you as they would to their best friends or families. we took the Cave room which was very unique by itself and surprisingly after few days made regular rooms in other hotels feel boring comparatively. the room comes with a private swimming pool and full 180 ocean view. in the morning the only thing you can hear while you watch the rare cinematic sunrise view, are birds chirping. no children screaming, no constructions, no cars driving, no people talking and no interruptions of any kind, just pure peace. the breakfast is excellent and served in the room at the requested time. the room is clean & very comfortable with good wifi connectivity. they have transfer service that will drive you and pick you up from anywhere on the island (thanks Ricardo). both on arrival day and the departure day we received unexpected complimentary, and unforgettable thoughtful gifts which were a very nice surprise. we would definitely recommend this hotel to couples who are looking for the best romantic, first or second honeymoon. this place provides the real meaning of a ‘vacation’ and set the highest bar of an excellent hospitality.

I’ve just stayed for 2 weeks and completely agree with all the 5 star ratings, the location and accommodation and staff are 1st class and exactly what myself and my wife needed to have a restful break. Everything is so perfect that when there are some minor things not quite right, one resident playing music in the morning for a few minutes until I guess they were told to stop, or maybe a lack of consistency in housekeeping - topping up coffee capsules (wasn’t done a couple of days), or a teaspoon missing etc, they are so minor it doesn’t matter. They are a new young hotel and I am sure they will improve. Overall, completely enjoyed our experience staying at here and would highly recommend it.
