Εκτός του ότι ήταν ευγενικός ο κύριος που με εξυπηρέτησε από το τηλέφωνο - πραγμα που σπανίζει στις μέρες μας - και μου έλυσε όλες τις απορίες, μου έκανε και delivery το προϊόν επειδή εργάζομαι κοντά. I was very happy with this store. Apart from being polite to the gentleman who served me over the phone - which is rare nowadays - and answered all my questions, he also delivered the product to me because I work close by.
E	Efthymis Kostouros on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα μπαταρία για scooter προ 4,5 μήνες, απο το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα. Για κάποιο λόγο [μάλλον ακινησία κάποιων (3-4)ημερών], η μπαταρία αποφορτίστηκε. Τηλεφώνησα πρωινή ώρα, εξήγησα το θέμα και συνεννοηθήκαμε να πάω τη μπαταρία στο εν λόγω κατάστημα. Έγινε η εκκίνηση με καλώδια (απο τη μπαταρία του αυτοκινήτου μου). Όταν έφτασα και αφού ανταλλάξαμε τις πληροφορίες μας, μου πρότειναν να αφήσω την μπαταρία για φόρτιση για χρονικό διάστημα περίπου 5-6 ωρών. Την έβγαλαν απο το σκούτερ, μου τοποθέτησαν, με δική τους πρωτοβουλία, μια δικιά τους μπαταρία για να μπορώ να μετακινηθώ και ανανεώσαμε το ραντεβού για παραλαβή της μπαταρίας μετά απο περίπου 5,5 ώρες. Όταν επέστρεψα, αμέσως τοποθέτησαν την φορτισμένη πλέον μπαταρία (έγινε και έλεγχος μπροστά μου). Ρώτησα τι μπορώ να κάνω για να προλαμβάνω παρόμοιες καταστάσεις και μου αντιπρότειναν έναν εκκινητή-φορτιστή (οικονομικό, ~ 35€). Είχαν την καλοσύνη να μου τοποθετήσουν τα δακτυλίδια απευθείας στη μπαταρία, ώστε να μην χρειάζεται να βγάζω το καπάκι που είναι καλυμμένη η μπαταρία και μάλιστα η τοποθέτηση ήταν με τέτοιο τρόπο ώστε και να μην φαίνεται (ούτε να παρεμποδίζει οποιαδήποτε λειτουργία του scooter, ούτε εμφανής να είναι, αλλά ούτε και να με δυσκολέψει σε πιθανή νέα φόρτιση που χρειαστεί). Συνολικό κόστος: μόνο το κόστος του εκκινητή-φορτιστή(δεν χρέωσαν τίποτα επιπλέον). Εν κατακλείδι: άμεση εξυπηρέτηση, επαγγελματισμός στο έπακρο και ανθρωπιά που δύσκολα συναντάς σε παρεμφερείς (και όχι μόνο) καταστάσεις. Σίγουρα αξίζει να τους επισκεφτεί όποιος έχει πρόβλημα μπαταρίας, έστω και σε συμβουλευτικό επίπεδο. Μπράβο σας. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα. (Έχω αλλάξει και άλλου μπαταρίες εννοείται, αλλά στο εξής μόνο στο εν λόγω κατάστημα) I bought a battery for a scooter 4.5 months ago, from this store. For some reason [probably immobility of some (3-4) days], the battery is discharged. I called in the morning, explained the matter and we agreed to take the battery to that store. It started with cables (from my car battery). When I arrived and after exchanging our information, I was suggested to leave the battery for charging for about 5-6 hours. They took her out of the scooter, placed me, on their own initiative, their own battery so that I could move and we renewed the appointment to receive the battery after about 5.5 hours. When I returned, they immediately placed the now charged battery (a check was made in front of me). I asked what I can do to prevent similar situations and they suggested a starter-charger (economical, ~ 35 €). They had the kindness to place my rings directly on the battery, so that I do not have to remove the lid that is covered by the battery and in fact the placement was in such a way that it does not appear (neither interfere with any operation of the scooter, nor visible to is, but also not to make it difficult for me in a possible new charge that is needed). Total cost: only the cost of the starter-charger (they did not charge anything extra). In conclusion: prompt service, maximum professionalism and humanity that you can hardly find in similar (and not only) situations. Definitely worth a visit to anyone who has a battery problem, even at an advisory level. Well done. I highly recommend it. (I changed other batteries of course, but from now on only in that store)
