★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely impolite, incompetent and rude. It has come to my attention,in two instances, tha they dont bother entering the building/destination of the parcel. Rather the driver sends a message that a delivery was impossible and tha the receiver has to pick up the item from their office. I avoid online shops working with Speedex!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They returned one undelivered package to the sender, one day before the 10 days deadline and they claim that "We did not do something wrong, you should have known the procedure." even though the 10days return deadline was not mentioned at any point of their communication with the sender or me (the receiver).
Note: when the lady employee asked ironically "Why did you not come earlier?", I answered "Because I am getting epileptic medicine and my health was not OK the last 5-6 days." to which she looked at me with dismay and disbelief. No empathy, no training, not even a typically polite answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personally I found them quite reasonable and professional when I needed to pick up packages. I contacted them beforehand and arranged for the time to pick up (after a few days).

They gave me Οne notice for a parcel that i missed and after a few days they sent it back to the sender , in the meantime they came over to my house another 2 times to deliver other packages.
This happened also during the period that they are swapping offices so in their note they left me an address that is not listed anywhere.
