Δεν έχω δει πιο αντιεπαγγελματική αντιμετώπιση πελάτη.
Τους ενημερώσαμε ότι θέλουμε άμεσα τα προϊόντα. Δεν έφυγαν ποτέ στην ώρα τους. Τα έστειλαν σε άλλη περιοχή.Τα πράγματα χάθηκαν. Κανένας δεν μπορεί να τα βρει. Ακόμη τα περιμένουμε. Μας ενημέρωσαν ενώ ψάχναμε την παραγγελία ότι μας έχουν στείλει τα μισά πράγματα. Εδώ και μισό μήνα.

We informed them that we want the products immediately. They never left on time. They sent them to another area. Things were lost. No one can find them. We are still waiting for them. They informed us while we were looking for the order that they have sent us half the things. For half a month.

Παρ όλο που γινόταν πανικός και ήθελα να παραλάβω κάτι που μόλις ειχα δει εξυπηρετήθηκα από τον άνθρωπο που ζήτησα πληροφορίες όπου άφησε τη δουλειά του πήγε στην αποθήκη έβγαλε τα πράγματα με πήγε χέρι χέρι ταμείο κλπ
Μπράβο σε όλους ιδιαίτερα στον κ.Γιωργο που με εξυπηρέτησε.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σε επίπεδο προϊόντων : Τεράστια ποικιλία. Έχει ότι χρειαστείς και αξίζει μια επίσκεψη για να δείτε τι υπάρχει.
Σε επίπεδο χώρου : Ο χώρος είναι γενικά "βιομηχανικός" οπότε μην περιμένετε φρου φρου κ αρώματα. Πας για τη δουλειά σου και μόνο αυτό αρκεί.
Σε επίπεδο προσωπικού : Σε κλειστούς χώρους επιχειρήσεων βάσει νόμου, έχει απαγορευτεί το κάπνισμα εδώ και 20 χρόνια. Ευκαιρία είναι να το μάθουν αν δεν το ξέρουν ;) Γενικά κακό δεν είναι να συμβαδιζουμε με την εποχή μας και όχι να ακολουθούμε τακτικές του προηγούμενου αιώνα.
5 αστέρια γιατί με απασχολεί 99% η ποικιλία που υπάρχει και γλυτώνω χρόνο από το να ψάχνω.
At the product level: Huge variety. It has everything you need and it is worth a visit to see what is there.
At the level of space: The space is generally "industrial" so do not expect fruit and aromas. You go to work and that alone is enough.
At the staff level: In closed business premises by law, smoking has been banned for 20 years. Opportunity is to learn it if they do not know it;) In general it is not bad to keep up with our time and not to follow the tactics of the last century.
5 stars because I am 99% concerned about the variety that exists and I save time from looking.
