★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη προσέγγιση από την κα Σαρρη(ιδιοκτήτρια της εταιριας) όταν την κάλεσα για να ρωτήσω για το κινητό που ξέχασε ο γιος μου σε ένα από τα πούλμαν της εταιρίας μετά από μια σχολική εκδρομή. Κ ενώ ο δάσκαλος πήρε τον οδηγό αμέσως μετά την αποχώρηση των μαθητών από το πούλμαν το κινητό δεν βρέθηκε ποτέ! Όταν της το ανέφερα 2 μέρες μετά ήταν ιδιαίτερα επιθετική κ μου ζήτησε με έντονο τρόπο (λες κ έφταιγα εγω) να αλλάξω το ύφος μου γιατί δεν είναι κλέφτες! Αυτοι μου πε, έχουν 40 λεωφορεια ( λες κ αυτό του καθιστά επαγγελματίες!) Μάλιστα όταν την ρώτησα Εάν μετά το τέλος κάθε σχολικής εκδρομής γίνεται έλεγχος για πιθανά ξεχασμένα αντικείμενα μέσα στο λεοφωρειο η απάντηση της ήταν: "Όχι πάντα, υπαρχουν φορές (οπως κ στην περιπτωση του γιου μου) που έχουμε αμέσως μετά κλεισμένες κ άλλες εκδρομές κ ο οδηγός μπορεί να μην προλάβει να ελέγξει!!!!!! Είναι δυνατόν να μην γίνεται έλεγχος μετά το τέλος κάθε σχολικής εκδρομής προκειμένου να δουν για πιθανά ξεχασμένα πράγματα αλλά κ λερωμένα καθίσματα η πεταμένα αντικειμενα;;; Ύστερα απ την συνομιλία μας η κα Σαρρή ενω μου χε πει ότι θα το κοίταγε προσωπικά κ θα με ενημέρωνε μες στην ημέρα δεν μπήκε καν στον κοπο να με πάρει η ίδια κ εβαλε μια υπάλληλο της να μου πει ότι τελικα το κινητο δεν βρεθηκε, οτι συμβαίνουν αυτά κ δυστυχώς πολλά από τα πράγματα των παιδιών δεν τα βρίσκουν .Επίσης μου ζητησε συγγνώμη για την συμπεριφορά της κα Σαρρή γιατί την πέτυχα σε δύσκολη ώρα κ ήταν πολύ πιεσμένη.? Πραγματικά κάτι τέτοιες στιγμές αναρωτιέμαι που είναι η ποιότητα, ο επαγγελματισμός κ το ήθος κάποιων ανθρώπων που ηγούνται εταιριες
Unacceptable approach by Ms. Sarri (owner of the company) when I called her to ask about the cell phone that my son forgot on one of the company's buses after a school trip. While the teacher took the driver immediately after the students left the bus, the cell phone was never found! When I told her 2 days later she was very aggressive and she asked me intensely (as if it was my fault) to change my style because they are not thieves! They told me, they have 40 buses (as if that makes him a professional!) In fact, when I asked her if after the end of each school trip there is a check for possible forgotten items in the bus, her answer was: "Not always, there are times (like k in the case of my son) that we have closed immediately after other excursions and the driver may not have time to check !!!!!! It is possible not to check after the end of each school trip in order to see for possible forgotten things but also Dirty seats or discarded items ??? After our conversation, Ms. Sarri, while she told me that she would look at it personally and inform me during the day, did not even bother to pick me up herself and had one of her employees tell me that in the end the cell phone was not found, that these things happen and unfortunately many of the children's things do not find them. In such moments I wonder what is the quality, professionalism and ethos of some people who lead companies
