★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing meal. We found it because it was windy and I did not want to eat at a typical restaurant place at the harbor. For 35 euros we got a Greek salad plus two pieces of amazing fresh fish with potatoes, 1/5 litter of wine and water.
We were very surprised about the taste and quality of everything.
After 10 days in Greece, best place by now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a wonderful dinner here after a recommendation from a friend Nectaria in town. Sarris tavern is just off the main area in town with cute shops all around and live music in the area. Our service was perfect and intimately delivered. Wine is local, floral and crisp—the perfect addition to fresh fish. We had the full sea bass with charred lemony skin which was to die for. Shrimp saganaki is a must have and the Naxos salad simply delicious.
Would recommend turning the lights down a bit for more atmosphere but otherwise would absolutely recommend again and again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fish was delicious, the seabass from the grill and the marinated fish...just wow. The salad was fresh, the settting nice and the waiter very polite. I rarely write reviews, but this tavern really deserves it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was friendly, but it's definitely the most expecive fish soup I have ever had - costing a staggering 14 euros per one soup.
My first choice was grilled sardines, as advertised on their board but as they didn't have what was advertised - I joined the hype and took the soup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recommend you to taste the authenticity of the dishes of the Sarris Tavern. I have been to this delightful place that offers fresh, genuine dishes, masterfully cooked. The fried squid very good, the sea bass very fresh. The service staff is very kind and attentive to customer needs. The fish skewer and the feta and zucchini croquettes, very good. When I'll return to Naxos, l'll gladly to stay there again.

Had fish soup and fresh fish of the day (grilled fillet and fried red snappers). They were really helpful in recommending how to cook it and explaining the different choices. Everything was delicious and people were warm and inviting!
