Είχα πρόβλημα με το ηχείο του κινητού (iPhone 6S).... είχα πάει σε ένα άλλο κατάστημα στην πολη κοντα στα ΚΤΕΛ και μου είπαν ότι πρέπει να αλλαχθεί η πλακέτα... ζημια 150 ευρω+ και πήγα να ζητήσω μια δεύτερη γνώμη. Πολύ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό, φιλικό, σίγουρα είναι γνωστες του αντικειμενου και επιτελους ένα μερος που οι ανθρωποι έχουν τρόπους. Μου είπαν ότι αν αλλάζαμε το ηχείο, και κάναμε καθαρισμό το πρόβλημα θα λυνόταν... ΟΠΩΣ και έγινε!!! Κααααμια σχέση με το κόστος του να άλλαζα πλακέτα... και φυσικά το κινητό το είχα πισω μεσα σε 2-3 ώρες. Ξαναπήγα στο κατάστημα γιατί το κινητό μου είχε πρόβλημα με την μπαταρια.. οπου εντός ώρας την είχαν αλλάξει και το είχα πίσω. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Στα μπόνους ο όμορφος και καθαρός χώρος. Στα πλην... ο θόρυβος που κάνει το ματι, κάθε φόρε που μπαίνει κάποιος μεσα... και επειδή πολύς κόσμος εμπιστεύεται το κατάστημα και υπάρχει κίνηση (δεν απορώ γιατί) , αν είσαι 5-10 λεπτά τότε ίσως να είναι κάπως ενοχλητικό. I was recommended by a friend of mine and I did not regret it at all. I had a problem with the mobile speakerphone (iPhone 6S) .... I had gone to another store in the city near the bus and told me that the board had to be changed ... I lost 150 euros + and I went to ask for a second opinion. Very helpful staff, friendly, are definitely familiar with the object and have done a part that people have ways. They told me that if we changed the speaker, and we cleaned the problem would be solved ... AS WELL !!! Anyway, the cost of changing the board ... and of course the mobile I had it back in 2-3 hours. I went back to the store because my cell phone had a problem with the battery .. where it had changed and I had it back within one hour. I highly recommend. The bonuses are beautiful and clean. In the minus ... the noise that makes the eye, every kind of fiddle in the middle ... and because many people trust the store and there is movement (I do not wonder why) if you are 5-10 minutes then it may be somewhat annoying.

Με βοήθησαν πολύ με την τηλεκπαίδευση των παιδιών μου και με καθοδηγούσαν με υπομονή παρόλο τον φόρτο εργασίας τους. Μου επισκεύασαν δύο σταθερούς υπολογιστές και το κινητό μου. Μπράβο! They always try with politeness and patience to solve any problem of a technical nature. They helped me a lot with my children's distance education and guided me patiently despite their workload. They fixed my two desktops and my cell phone. Well done!
m	mikrosdrakos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση. Πήγα τρία κινητά με δύσκολες περιπτώσεις βλάβης σε διαφορετικές χρονικές περιόδους κι επιλύθηκαν όλες. Όσον αφορά την κριτική της Elpida Pat μπερδεύτηκαν τα δικά μας κινητά από ανθρώπινο λάθος. Η καθυστέρηση των 15 ημερών οφείλεται σε δική μου ευθύνη κι όχι του καταστήματος. Ο τεχνικός με είχε ειδοποιήσει να το επιστρέψω αλλά λόγω φόρτου εργασίας και προβληματος υγείας καθυστέρησα πολύ να φέρω πίσω το κινητό της κυρίας Ελπίδας. Excellent service. I went to three mobile phones with difficult cases of failure in different time periods and they were all resolved. Regarding the Elpida Pat review, our mobile phones were confused by human error. The delay of 15 days is due to my responsibility and not the store. The technician had warned me to return it but due to workload and health problem I was very late to bring back Mrs. Elpida's cell phone.

Δεν έχω σκοπό να πάω σε κάποιο από στα Χανια για κανέναν λόγο ?????? μπράβο στα παιδιά !!! Immediate and excellent work always with mood and courtesy and of course good prices !!! I do not intend to go to any of Chania for any reason ?????? well done to the children !!!
