Λόγω του ότι δουλεύω με Η/Υ τα τελευταία 15 χρόνια, έχω χρειαστεί πολλές φορές τεχνική υποστήριξη - με τα παιδιά στο PCdeliveras είχα κατά μακράν την καλύτερη εμπειρία ως τώρα. Τους πήγα έναν Mac 2011 για εγκατάσταση SSD και λειτουργικού αλλά κατά τη διάρκεια της όλης διαδικασίας ο υπολογιστής έβγαλε προβλήματα με την τροφοδοσία, κάτι που για μηχάνημα τέτοιας ηλικίας είναι δυστυχώς φυσιολογικό (και ο λόγος που πολλά service δεν αναλαμβάνουν τόσο παλαιά Mac). Επειδή το πρόβλημα έτυχε να "σκάσει" στα χέρια τους, τα παιδιά αντικατέστησαν τροφοδοτικό και Inverter με δικά τους έξοδα, κάτι που εκτίμησα αφάνταστα. Πέραν αυτού, έστειλαν τη μητρική πλακέτα σε ηλεκτρονικό όχι μια αλλά δυο φορές, επίσης χωρίς επιπλέον χρέωση. Η συμπεριφορά αυτή (που προφανώς σπανίζει) είναι δείγμα του επαγγελματισμού που μπορείτε να περιμένετε από το PCdeliveras. Άψογοι και στην επικοινωνία - είχα πάντα κλήση όταν υπήρχε εξέλιξη και καθαρή εικόνα του που βρίσκεται η επισκευή. Επειδή τα προβλήματα ήταν σοβαρά και απαιτούνταν χρόνος για να επιλυθούν (και εξαρτήματα από το εξωτερικό), μου προσφέρθηκε ακόμα και laptop υπολογιστής για να δουλεύω εν τω μεταξύ, μέχρι να ετοιμαστεί το μηχάνημά μου. Δε θα μπορούσα να μείνω περισσότερο ευχαριστημένος, πραγματικά άψογη εξυπηρέτηση, απίστευτος επαγγελματισμός, 100% ειλικρίνεια. Τους συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα! Simply excellent - probably the best service in Chania! Because I have been working with PC for the last 15 years, I have needed technical support many times - I had by far the best experience so far with the kids at PCdeliveras. I bought them a 2011 Mac for SSD and operating system installation but during the whole process the computer had power problems, which is unfortunately normal for a machine of this age (and the reason why many services do not take up so old Macs). Because the problem happened to "pop" in their hands, the kids replaced the power supply and Inverter at their own expense, something I appreciated unimaginably. In addition, they sent the motherboard electronically not once but twice, also at no extra charge. This behavior (which is obviously rare) is a sign of the professionalism you can expect from PCdeliveras. Flawless in communication - I always had a call when there was an evolution and a clear picture of where the repair is. Because the problems were serious and took time to resolve (and components from abroad), I was even offered a laptop to work in the meantime, until my machine was ready. I could not be happier, really impeccable service, incredible professionalism, 100% honesty. I highly recommend them!

Εχω εξυπηρετηθεί από διάφορα μέλη της ομάδας PCdeliveras και για ποικιλία προβλημάτων, από απλή βοήθεια σε θέματα λογισμικού έως και πιο σοβαρά προβληματάκια με ηλεκτρονικά μέρη. Σε όλες τις περιπτώσεις η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν άψογη. Προσωπικά, έχοντας εξυπηρετηθεί και ως φοιτητής και ως επαγγελματίας πιστεύω ότι είναι η καλύτερη επιλογή στο είδος του για τα χανιά. Direct and friendly service at very good prices. I have been served by various members of the PCdeliveras team and for a variety of problems, from simple help on software issues to more serious electronic issues. In all cases the service was impeccable. Personally, having served both as a student and as a professional, I think it is the best choice for chania.

Ευγενέστατη συμπεριφορά και δε χρεώθηκα σχεδόν καθόλου συγκριτικά με τον κόπο από τον οποίο με έβγαλαν. Πολύ καλό κατάστημα, πολύ ευτυχισμένος πελάτης. Great service from the store as they tried (and managed) to solve my problem as quickly as possible by any means at their disposal. Noble demeanor and I was hardly charged with the trouble of getting them out. Very good shop, very happy customer.

Οι ίδιοι δεν μπορούν καν να ανοίξουν ένα λαπτοπ, οπότε το στέλνουν σε άλλον με τον οποίο συνεννοουνται και λειτουργούν ως μεσάζοντες. Πολύ ακριβοί, σου παρέχουν βασικές υπηρεσίες και σε εκμεταλλευονται από άποψη χρημάτων. Δεν τους συνιστώ σε καμία περίπτωση. They take a long time if you do not push them with a lot of phones. They themselves can not even open a laptop, so they send it to another with whom they communicate and act as intermediaries. They are very expensive, they provide you with basic services and they take advantage of you in terms of money. I do not recommend them in any case.

H τιμή ήταν αρκετά τσιμπημένη, ενώ το laptop τώρα εμφανίζει προβλήματα ως προς τα ακουστικά( δε τα αναγνωρίζει), δε μου εγκαταστήσαν το bluetooth και το πληκτρολόγιο (που το είχα αντικαταστήσει πρόσφατα) εμφανίζει προβλήματα. Δε θα τους ξαναεπέλεγα. Σας απαντάω τώρα σε αυτό που μου γράψατε.Πριν το φορματ το λάπτοπ μου δεν ειχε κανενα προβλήμα ούτε μ ακουστικά ουτε με bluetooth.,ούτε με πληκτρολόγιο. Κάνατε καλό φορματ κ τώρα πάει γρήγορα αλλά θα επιμείνω στο ότι παραηταν ακριβό They format / changed my disk to sd. The price was quite stingy, while the laptop now has problems with the headphones (does not recognize them), I did not have bluetooth installed and the keyboard (which I had recently replaced) shows problems. You did a good format and now it goes fast but I will insist that it was expensive
