Χ	Χαρά Χαρά on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παράγγειλαμε παιδικό κρεβάτι 14 Αυγούστου... μας το έφεραν 5 Δεκεμβρίου.Αρχικά μας είχαν πει παράδοση 1,5 μήνα.... Ολο αυτό το διάστημα ούτε 1 τηλ για ενημέρωση εκτός από όταν καλούσαμε εμείς. Εν τω μεταξύ στο τέλος είχαν πει θα το φέρουν Πέμπτη 3 Δεκεμβρίου περιμέναμε όλη μέρα και κατά τις 16:30 τους παίρνουμε ΕΜΕΙΣ τηλ όπου μιλάμε με την υπεύθυνη Κυρα Γιώτα. Και λέει :κάτι έτυχε στον οδηγό. Άνθρωπος είναι.θα το φέρουμε το Σάββατο 5/12 θέλετε; Αν θέλετε... Δεν μπορούμε να κάνουμε κάτι άλλο. Ούτε ένα συγνώμη!! Αντίεπαγγελματίες, δεν επικοινωνούν καν μεταξύ τους, αλλά λέει ο ένας αλλά ο άλλος. Το χειρότερο κατάστημα που ψωνίσαμε ποτέ... We ordered a crib on August 14th ... they brought it to us on December 5th. Initially we were told a delivery of 1.5 months .... All this time not even 1 phone for information except when we called. In the meantime, at the end they had said they would bring it on Thursday, December 3, we waited all day and at 16:30 we got them on the phone where we were talking to the responsible Kyra Giota. And he says: something happened to the driver. Man is. Will we bring it on Saturday 5/12 do you want? If you want ... We can not do anything else. Not an apology !! Anti-professionals do not even communicate with each other, but says one but the other. The worst store we have ever bought ...
D	Dimitra korinthos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αργεί η παράδοση είπαν ένα μήνα και έγιναν 3 μήνες και τελικά δεν έφεραν ποτέ αυτό που ζήτησα.. ποιοτικά δεν είναι καλά.. The delivery is late, they said a month and it took 3 months and in the end they never brought what I asked for .. the quality is not good ..
I	Inna Tziv on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκανα παραγγελία 16 Δεκεμβρίου και ενώ στο site τους λένε ότι θα αποστείλουν όλες τις παραγγελίες έως και πριν 23/12, ξαναπήρα τηλέφωνο στις 7/1, να ρωτησω γιατί δεν μου είχανε αποστείλει κωδικό αποστολής για το δεμα και αν το έχουμε στείλει τελικά ή όχι, εφόσον πήρα και μου είπανε θα με καλέσουν σε λιγο 1.5 ώρα μετά πήρα τηλέφωνο και μου είπανε ότι έχουν σχολασει τα παιδιά που δουλεύουν στο eshop..... Που πολυ αμφιβάλλω γιατί εμένα μου φάνηκε η φωνή ίδια αλλά τέλος πάντων....συνομίλησα ξανά με την κοπελα 1.5 ώρα μετά και μου ζήτησε τα στοιχεία μου ώστε να με καλέσουν την επόμενη μέρα.. Και την επόμενη μέρα μου έστειλαν τον κωδικο αποστολης.... Το να "" ξεχναμε"" παραγγελίες είναι άκρως αντί επαγγελματικό.. Από τα χειρότερα eshop που έχω αγοράσει.. Η παραγγελία ήρθε σήμερα και αρκετοί από τους φακέλους δεν ήταν σε άριστη κατάσταση... I placed an order on December 16 and while on their site they say that they will send all orders until before 23/12, I called again on 7/1, to ask why they had not sent me a shipping code for the package and whether we have finally sent it or not , since I got it and they told me they will call me in a little 1.5 hours later I got on the phone and they told me that the children who work in the eshop have been educated ..... Which I very much doubt because the voice seemed the same to me but anyway .... I talked to the girl again 1.5 hours later and she asked me for my details so that they could call me the next day .. And the next day they sent me the shipping code .... "" forgetting "orders is very professional instead .. One of the worst eshop I have bought .. The order came today and several of the envelopes were not in excellent condition ...

G	Giorgos Pilarinos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απλά τραγικοί, δυστυχώς έκανα το λάθος να μην διαβάσω τα σχόλια πριν στείλω την αδερφή μου να κάνει παραγγελια. 15 χρόνια αγοράζω πράγματα απ' όλο το κόσμο, αυτη ήταν η χειρότερη αγοραστική εμπειρία που είχα ever. Ανοργανωσια και κοροϊδία. Σκεφτείτε το καλά πριν μπείτε στη διαδικασία να αγοράσετε κάτι. Just tragic, unfortunately I made the mistake of not reading the comments before sending my sister to place orders. I have been buying things from all over the world for 15 years, this was the worst shopping experience I have ever had. Disorganization and mockery. Think about it before you go into the process of buying something.
