T	Thomas Ntiveris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παράγγειλα από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα μόνο και μόνο επειδή είχε κάποια προϊόντα skag που εμπιστεύομαι εδώ και χρόνια. Η παραγγελία καθυστέρησε 10 ημέρες και έλαβα τελείως διαφορετικής μάρκας προϊόντα. Με κάλεσαν να με ενημερώσουν αλλά δυστυχώς δεν μπόρεσα να απαντήσω. Θα περίμενα τουλάχιστον ένα email γιατί όχι μόνο έμεινα δυσαρεστημένος με τα προϊόντα που έλαβα αλλά με χρέωσαν παραπάνω για προϊόντα που εξαρχής δεν ήθελα. (Τα προϊόντα που παράγγειλα εξαρχής, αυτήν την στιγμή είναι άμεσα διαθέσιμα στο ηλεκτρονικό κατάστημα τους δεν έχω ιδέα γιατί δεν τα έστειλαν αφού είναι άμεσα διαθέσιμα) . γενικά τα προϊόντα που έστειλαν τα είχα βρει και σε τοπικά καταστήματα αλλά ήθελα την συγκεκριμένη μάρκα(skag) για συγκεκριμένους λόγους... I ordered from this store just because it had some skag products that I have trusted for years. The order was delayed for 10 days and I received products of a completely different brand. They called me to inform me but unfortunately I could not answer. I would expect at least one email because not only was I dissatisfied with the products I received but they charged me more for products I did not want from the beginning. (The products I ordered from the beginning, at the moment are immediately available in their online store, I have no idea why they did not send them since they are immediately available). generally the products they sent I had found in local stores but I wanted the specific brand (skag) for specific reasons ...

Είναι λίγα τα καταστήματα με είδη γραφικής ύλης στην Αττική που παρέχουν τη δυνατότητα χάραξης στυλογράφων, και μάλιστα δίνοντας και τρεις διαφορετικές επιλογές για το στυλ της γραμματοσειράς χάραξης. Άριστο το αποτέλεσμα της χάραξης του στυλογράφου μου, το μόνο που θα είχα σαν μικρή παρατήρηση είναι ότι θα προτιμούσα τα γράμματα της χάραξης να ήταν ελαφρώς μεγαλύτερα, της τάξεως του μισού ή ενός χιλιοστού, αν και δεν γνωρίζω αν αυτό είναι πρακτικά εφικτό από το σύστημα χάραξης (π.χ. μπορεί να έχει συγκεκριμένες παραμέτρους για το μέγεθος της χάραξης). Συγχαρητήρια για τον επαγγελματισμό και την ποιότητα των προϊόντων και των υπηρεσιών σας! Αναμφισβήτητα θα ξαναγόραζα από εσάς στο μέλλον! Extremely helpful and polite, they responded immediately via email to any of my requests or questions, excellent organization, contacted me by phone before receiving the order. There are few shops with stationery in Attica that provide the possibility of engraving fountain pens, and even giving three different options for the style of engraving font. Excellent result of the engraving of my fountain pen, the only thing I would have as a small remark is that I would prefer the letters of the engraving to be slightly larger, of the order of half or one millimeter, although I do not know if this is practically possible by the system engraving (e.g. it may have specific parameters for the engraving size).
