Αλλά είναι και τόσα άλλα για τα οποία χρειάζεται να το επισκεφθεί κάποιος και να τα ανακαλύψει για τον εαυτό του. It is a great blessing to find someone in the ashram !!! Truth and happiness are the first two words that come to mind. But there are so many others that one needs to visit and discover for oneself.
I	Irena Par on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάθε φορά που βρίσκομαι στο Ασραμ, αφήνω πίσω μου, όλα τα προβλήματα κ τις έγνοιες και βιώνω με επίγνωση την καθε στιγμή. Απολαμβάνω τα χρώματα, την ομορφιά της φύσης και τους γνώριμους ήχους, τα παγώνια, τους περιποίημενους κήπους, το φρεσκομαγειρεμένο υγιεινό πεντανόστιμο φαί , τη ζεστασιά και την αποδοχή. Κάθε φορά φεύγω γεμάτη έμπνευση, νέες γνώσεις κι εμπειρίες και έχοντας κατανοήσει ακόμη περισσότερο, τον εαυτό μου και τους άλλους, Σα να φεύγει από μπροστά μου ένα πέπλο, μια σκιά, που μ’εμπόδιζε μέχρι τότε, να δω, ν’αντιληφθώ και ν’ακούσω, τι συμβαίνει γύρω μου και μέσα μου. Σαν όλη μου η ύπαρξη να μπαίνει σε σειρά, όπως τα κομματάκια ενός παζλ και η ζωή μου γεμίζει και πάλι νόημα. Με λιγα λόγια το Άσραμ ειναι για μένα οικογένεια, σπιτικό, και έμπνευση. Ευχαριστώ κ ευγνωμονώ,?? Every time I am in Ashram, I leave behind all my problems and worries and I experience every moment with awareness. I enjoy the colors, the beauty of nature and the familiar sounds, the peacocks, the manicured gardens, the freshly cooked healthy delicious food, the warmth and the acceptance. Each time I leave full of inspiration, new knowledge and experiences and having understood even more, myself and others, It is as if a veil, a shadow, that was preventing me until then, was leaving in front of me, to see, to perceive and to hear, what is happening around me and inside me. As if my whole existence is in order, like the pieces of a puzzle and my life is filled with meaning again. In short, Ashram is for me a family, a home, and an inspiration. Thank you and thank you, ??
E	Eva Nikolaidou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ξεκίνησα διαδυκτιακά μαθήματα προγεννετικής γιόγκα όταν ήμουνα στον 2ο μήνα εγκυμοσύνης και έκανα μέχρι και την ημέρα που γέννησα. Είναι το καλύτερο δώρο που θα μπορούσα να κάνω στον εαυτό μου σε μια τόσο σημαντική περίοδο της ζωής μου. Τα μαθήματα μου τα έκανε μια έμπειρη εισηγήτρια γιόγκα του συστήματος Σατυανάντα που είναι ταυτόχρονα και μαία! Νιώθω ότι τα με προετοίμασαν τόσο πολύ για τον τοκετό που ήτανε και ο πρώτος μου αλλά και για την μετέπειτα ζωή με το βρέφος.Κάτι πολύ σημαντικό επίσης είναι ότι τα μαθήματα δεν περιορίστηκαν απλά σε κάποιες σωματικές πρακτικές για την φυσική κατάσταση του σώματος στην εγκυμοσύνη που και αυτό φυσικά είναι σημαντικό αλλά και σε ένα πιο πνευματικό βαθύ επίπεδο. Πραγματικά πιστεύω είναι ότι καλύτερο μπορεί να κάνει μια μέλλουσα μαμά την περίοδο της εγκυμοσύνης για αυτήν και το μωρό της. I started online prenatal yoga classes when I was in the 2nd month of pregnancy and did it until the day I was born. It's the best gift I could give myself at such an important time in my life. My lessons were done by an experienced yoga lecturer of the Satyananda system who is also a midwife! I feel that they prepared me so much for the birth that was my first but also for the later life with the baby. It is also very important that the lessons were not limited to some physical practices for the physical condition of the body during pregnancy and this of course is important but also on a deeper spiritual level. I really think it is the best thing a future mom can do during pregnancy for her and her baby.

M	Mukunda Gopal Das on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There were no yoga or meditation classes, which they did promise on their web site. Basically I was doing seva (selfless service) all day. In the winter there is no warm shower (only once a week), which was also not communicated in advance. But most of all, there is a gate which is closed and if you want to leave the ashram you need to ask permission days in advance. Would not reccomend staying here!
