The Karavas family is really professional and super friendly.
The gym has all the facilities needed for a real workout.....not show off.
And lets not forget the variety of classes and their professional JIU JITSU team.
Even the members are super fun, friendly and helpful.
Im glad to be part of the Karavas Community and Family

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great and fully equipped facilities for optimal workouts especially if you're aiming for hypertrophy. My place to be everytime I am in town. It's a family business 100% and I love the atmosphere. Please give it a go and you'll thank me later.
