Μ	Μάριος Παππάς on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η ναυαρχίδα του κεφαλονίτικου αμπελώνα την οποία κάθε οινόφιλος που σέβεται τον εαυτό του πρέπει να επισκεφθεί, εφόσον βρεθεί στο νησί. Οι αρετές της βιοδυναμικης καλλιέργειας παντρεύονται με τη μαεστρία του Ευριβιάδη Σκλάβου και τα μοναδικά χαρακτηριστικά των τοπικών ποικιλιών δίνοντας κορυφαία κρασιά που κάνουν θραύση τόσο εντός όσο και εκτός συνόρων. Ο Γιάννης υπήρξε υποδειγματικός οικοδεσπότης, παρέχοντας πολλές πληροφορίες για τη διαδικασία παρασκευής της κάθε ετικέτας που παράγεται στο κτήμα αλλά και γενικότερα για το κρασί. Αν βελτιωθεί λίγο περισσότερο από άποψη εγκαταστάσεων θα καταφέρει να προσελκύσει ακόμα περισσότερους επισκέπτες. Φυσικά μην παραλείψετε να αγοράσετε κρασιά από το πωλητήριο, καθώς θα τα βρείτε σε σημαντικά χαμηλότερες τιμές απ' ότι άλλου, ενώ μπορείτε να βρείτε και πιο σπάνιες ετικέτες, εφόσον φυσικά δεν έχουν εξαντληθεί. Μην το χάσετε!

The white wine Alchymiste tastes like silk, Vino Sasso is more dynamic but still lovely whereas the Efranor is more fruity for the sweeter palate (still delicious!). To top everything was the dessert wine which is amazing. So sad we couldn’t bring more bottles home since we have only hand luggage! Also great meeting people there, and last but not least the hosts were wonderful, thank you! Will definitely go back if we visit Kefalonia again, well done guys!

They’ve employed someone this season to host wine-tastings full-time and Yannis was fantastic. We tried whites reds and the sweet. What a find. Note: once you turn in off the road, go round the back where the tables are. It’s not immediately clear where to go. Totally worth the trip. Ευχαριστώ, Υαννις!

Winery has a collection of many great and interesting wines. Wine tasting is led by the very friendly guy with big knowledge and passion. Great opportunity to learn something new.
