★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great to deal with, they will drop off your ride and pick it up wherever is convenient for you. Provide straps for your luggage, and their equipment is newer! Only people I'd use in Santorini!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service! They were waiting for us in the port for deliver the scooter once our ferry arrived. We make there the agreement, very fast and easy. modern system, with a tablet. The moto was very new and in a very good status. Also good prices. We drop off the moto also in the port (they came to pick up). Highly recommended in Santorini.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATV is definitely the way get around the island, but if you’re also looking for customer service, go to one of the other 50 rental places on the island. We tried to return the ATV a day early (not by choice, our flights got changed due to a hurricane) and they gave me the run around and refused to refund the last day even though we were were returning it. They claimed it would flag at the bank as fraud and this and that, and had no other answer than, you paid with a card, should have used cash. While we will be returning to Santorini in the future, we will NOT be using Scooter Donkey to get around.

Would not recommend at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. This company was advised to us by our hotel. Bad idea.
The person who come to give us the ATV was very unpleasant. It was my girlfriend who give him is driving licence. He was very angry and ask why it is not me who use the ATV (I dont have a driving licence). So he explained very quickly how it works and he was very aggressive with her.
So if you are a lady, run away this company !!!
If you are a man maybe it is better…..
Just to finish the ATV had a problem with the direction. It goes to the right every time
