E	Elissavet Papadopoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτο!! Δεν έχω μείνει σε χειρότερο κατάλυμα πότε. Τα δωμάτια είναι παλιά χρήζουν άμεσης ανακαίνισης. Είχαμε κλείσει ένα δίκλινο δωμάτιο στον 3ο όροφο τα κουφώματα είχαν κενά με αποτέλεσμα να μην υπάρχει καθόλου μόνωση (περνούσαν τα αυτοκίνητα από τη δρόμο και νομίζαμε ότι περνούσαν μέσα από το δωμάτιο) ένα βράδυ που φυσούσε πάρα πολύ νόμιζα ότι θα ξηλωθούν τα παράθυρα και θα έρθουν πάνω μας. Κοιμόμασταν σε 2 μόνα κρεβάτια το ένα εκ των δύο ήταν τόσο παλιό το στρωμα που καθόμασταν και νομίζαμε ότι μας τρυπάνε τα ελατήρια και όταν σήκωσα το σεντόνι είχε μια τρύπα στο κέντρο και όλες οι γωνίες ήταν μαυρισμενες. Η καθαρίστρια εμπενε κάθε μέρα στο δωμάτιο και επερνε μόνο τα σκουπίδια ούτε σκούπιζε ούτε έστρωνε τα κρεβάτια ούτε άλλαζε πετσέτες. Στις 4 μέρες που μείναμε χρειάστηκε να ζητήσω να μας δώσουν καθαρές πετσέτες για ν μας αλλάξουν. Το πατακι που ήταν στρωμένο στο μπάνιο είχε 3 τρύπες. Επιεικώς απαράδεκτο. Η κουρτίνα του μπάνιου μπορεί να μην είχε πλυθεί ποτέ. Και σαν να μην έφταναν όλα αυτά το τελευταίο βράδυ της διαμονής μας βρήκαμε και μια σαύρα μέσα στο δωμάτιο και ενώ ενημέρωσα με sms τους ιδιοκτήτες και ζήτησα να έρθουν αμέσως δε εμφανίστηκαν ούτε εκείνο το βράδυ ούτε το άλλο πρωί έστω για να ζητήσουν συγνωμη. Πάρα μόνο την ώρα που ήταν να πληρωθούν και ούτε καν αναφέρθηκαν στο θέμα. Το μόνο θετικό του συγκεκριμένου καταλύματος είναι ότι είναι πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο. Σε κάθε άλλη περίπτωση είναι τραγικό. Και είναι κρίμα που δεν εκτιμούν τους πελάτες τους και επιζητούν το εφήμερο κέρδος. Unacceptable !! I have never been in worse accommodation. The rooms are old and need immediate renovation. We had booked a double room on the 3rd floor, the windows were empty so there was no insulation at all (the cars were passing by and we thought they were passing through the room) one night it was blowing too much I thought the windows would be taken down and they would come on us. We slept in 2 single beds one of them was so old the mattress we were sitting on and we thought our springs were punctured and when I lifted the sheet there was a hole in the center and all the corners were blackened. The cleaner came into the room every day and only swept, did not wipe or make the beds or change towels. In the 4 days we stayed I had to ask them to give us clean towels to change us. The floor mat that was laid in the bathroom had 3 holes. Mildly unacceptable. The bathroom curtain may never have been washed. And as if all this were not enough on the last night of our stay we found a lizard in the room and while I sms informed the owners and asked them to come immediately they did not show up that night or the next morning even to apologize. Only when it was time to get paid and they did not even mention it. The only positive of this accommodation is that it is very close to the center. In any other case it is tragic. And it is a pity that they do not value their customers and seek ephemeral profit.
M	Markella Blu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Συμπαθητική αισθητική, καθαρό, ζεστό νερό μέχρι αργά το απόγευμα (αλλά όχι το βράδυ) και σημαντικό προτέρημα το πάρκινγκ εντός του συγκροτήματος (κατόπιν διαθεσιμότητας), καθώς δεν υπάρχει δημόσιο πάρκινγκ κοντά σε καταλύματα στα μικρά στενά της ενδοχωρας. Εξυπηρετική κ άμεσα διαθέσιμη οικοδέσποινα! Στα πλην: Έχει αρκετή φασαρία τα πρωινά κ λείπουν χρήσιμα αντικείμενα, όπως μαχαίρι (να κόβει,όχι του βουτύρου), βετεξ, χαρτί κουζίνας, πιστολάκι μαλλιών, κάδος απορριμμάτων (εκτός wc), κουρτίνα στο ντουζ που να φτάνει το πάτωμα, ώστε να μην πλημμυρίζει το μπάνιο. Nice aesthetics, clean, hot water until late in the afternoon (but not in the evening) and a significant advantage the parking inside the complex (subject to availability), as there is no public parking near accommodations in the small alleys of the hinterland. Helpful and immediately available hostess! Minus: There is enough noise in the mornings and useful items are missing, such as a knife (to cut, not butter), vetex, kitchen paper, hair dryer, trash can (except wc), shower curtain that reaches the floor, so that do not flood the bathroom.
g	gianfranco ming on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevamo prenotato per 8 giorni ma siamo stati talmente bene che abbiamo passato tutti i 20 giorni presso il Sea Breeze Sudios perchè è così accogliente, comodo, pulito, conveniente che ...non ci siamo mossi da li. Nina che gestisce il residence è una donna gentilissima e attenta a ogni esigenza, la camera veniva completamente rifatta ogni 3 o 4 giorni....neanche in albergo. Ci ritorneremo We had booked for 8 days but we had such a good time that we spent all 20 days at the Sea Breeze Sudios because it is so welcoming, comfortable, clean, affordable that ... we didn't move from there. Nina who manages the residence is a very kind woman and attentive to every need, the room was completely redone every 3 or 4 days .... not even in the hotel. We will be back
F	Fearof 20 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αρκετά καλά δωμάτια για τα χρήματα τους, πολυ ωραία η θεα τους. Αν και λιγο παλιά εχει γίνει τίμια προσπάθεια ανακαίνισης. Η καθαριότητα του χώρου γενικά (αυλή, σκάλες κτλ) σε πολύ καλό επίπεδο, κατι που λίγο απουσιάζει σε χώρους δωματίων όπως wc και ντουλάπες ρούχων. Θα μπορούσαν να ειναι πιο προσεγμένα. Ως γενική εικόνα θα έλεγα Αρκετά καλή Pretty good rooms for their money, very nice view. Although a little old, an honest renovation effort has been made. The cleanliness of the space in general (yard, stairs, etc.) at a very good level, something that is a bit absent in rooms such as toilets and closets. They could be more careful. As a general picture I would say Pretty good

F	Francesco Balduini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good studio in skopelos, nice position in town, parking lot for cars, the guest is very kind, nice vien of the sea in you stay at least on fist floor. Not very clean, Wi-Fi is not working and shower makes a mess every time.
