Положительный: Прекрасные апартаменты на 2-м этаже дома. Радушные хозяева. По ночам слышен шум моря. Есть две огромные террасы: северная и южная, где можно отдохнуть в тени в разное время суток. Южная терраса увита ароматным жасмином, открывается вид на сосновые и оливковые рощи на склонах Скопелоса. С Северной террасы открывается вид на исторический городок Скопелос. Вокруг разбит сад с плодовыми деревьями, розами и бугенвиллеями. Спальня отделена от кухни и общей комнаты. Все необходимое имеется, много посуды, есть тарелочки для детей. Вместительный холодильник, предоставляется утюг и фен. Нам понравилось все. Хозяева Теодорос и Элпиники сделали все для удобства и комфорта гостей. Спасибо им большое за дары из собственного сада. Спасибо им за гостеприимство. Beautiful apartment on the 2nd floor of the house. Welcome hosts. The noise of the sea is heard at night. There are two huge terraces: north and south, where you can relax in the shadows at different times of the day. The southern terrace is uvated with fragrant jasmine, overlooking pine and olive groves on the slopes of Skopelos. The North Terrace offers views of the historic town of Skopelos. A garden with fruit trees, roses and bougainvilleys is broken around. The bedroom is separated from the kitchen and shared room. Everything necessary is available, a lot of dishes, there are plates for children. A large refrigerator, iron and hairdryer are provided. We liked everything. The hosts Theodoros and Elpiniki did everything for the convenience and comfort of the guests. Thank them so much for the gifts from their own garden. Thank them for their hospitality.. Positiv: Lage war traumhaft. Blick auf das Meer und die Stadt direkt aus dem Bett wie auch vom Balkon. Studio ist sehr alt aber alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Klima, Wi-fi, Bügeleisen, Fön, Kühlschrank, alles top. Parkplatz vorhanden. Besitzer sehr freundlich.. Negativ: Nichts.

I proprietari di questo studios sono molto molto carini , disponibili ed accoglienti. Tutto molto pulito e curato, dalla biancheria cambiata spesso alle poltroncine e i tavoli dispoinibili sui due terrazzi di cui si può disporre. L'ppartamento delizioso, pur non essendo fronte mare, riserva due scorci sul porto incantevoli. Situato alla destra del porto, appena fuori dal centro di Skopelos, rimane silenzioso dando la possibilità di ascoltare il rumore del mare quando un po' di vento lo muove. Insomma una sistemazione ottima per chi cerca tranquillità senza rinunciare alla comodità e alla mondanità propri dei luoghi di villeggiatura.

Very beautiful rooms, sea view and clean!

Positive: The hosts were very kind, friendly and helpful. The room clean and comfortable.

Positive: Elpiniki and Theodore are a friendly easygoing couple. They explained how everything works, air con, telly, and the shutters to the french balcony doors and windows. Also showing me the paper with all important information is listed. Police, etc. The apartment is a little gem. A double bed and a couch/single in the living room. Kitchen is well equipped. Just across from the sea. ( you can also swim in the local sea, and people do) The balcony is quite big. In the evening I would just sit and listen to the sea, with just the occasional mofa interrupting. What I liked is they have an iron in the room. Also on the balcony is a clothes horse with pegs. Very close to the port of Skopelos. Including in the price is a Skopelos port pick up and drop off. Bus stop at the port. Busses to lots of lovely beaches not far away. Local taverns within a stones throw. Theodore, helped me with information re the ferry, as I was travelling via Athens, consequently they had a different ferry from a different port, to include bus/ferry/bus to Athens. Saving time and money. Both Elpiniki and Theodore are a treasure of knowledge. Thank you for letting me be your guest..

Positive: Quiet area, but easily accessible on foot to town. Sufficient tavernas, bakeries, supermarket, bus terminal, ferry harbour and other facilities in easy walking distance. Owner Sophie met us off the ferry. Water is close by, but best beaches are a 15-30 minute bus ride away. The best part is the beautiful old town, the view of which you can enjoy from the room. And well worth a good look around.. Negative: I wish I had realised earlier that there are shutters outside the windows. First two mornings we woke up very early with the sun. This is my mistake, but perhaps owner can mention to visitors on arrival..
