★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and clean hotel. The owner IS zur coolest and the friendliest! It's a quiet place with a small private beach. I would recommend a car because Merchia is a bit far away from the nearest town.

Rooms are tastefully decorated and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the toiletries of good quality.
WiFi was super fast and reliable. I understand they recently had a superfast fibre upgrade. I checked before booking as I had to do some work whilst here and some of the reviews suggested the WiFi was slow but Damianos reassured me that they had the upgrade done.
It's not in the middle of the city centre as you can see on the map but this location suits people who want to have a relaxing holiday and also enjoy Mykonos Chora. Damianos sorted a car for us for a few days which was really useful.
Finally, I enjoyed having breakfast and chilling by the swimming pool.
I would definitely recommend Sea Rock and Sky and can't wait to return next year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirty, smelly, dark property with mouldy walls and mildew. Filthy sheets with stains and holes and old dirty pillows! Broken, falsely advertised amenities. We paid for a room with a hot tub that did not work! When we brought the issue up they lied and had a foul attitude. They then had people try to fix it over the two nights we were there, which was unprofessional as they were right on the patio we had paid for! There was no working wifi. No spa and no restaurant. All lies! The staff were very unhelpful and very rude. They hid from us. Didn't say goodbye when it was time for us to leave and never apologised for their bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I can give a better star rating than 5 but a 5 star does not give this place justice. What an amzing property and beautiful place this is. It is super well maintained, extremely clean, great AC unit, internet works perfectly throughout the property and if it doesn’t, the owners will make it work right away.
You get your own private beach and pool as well as your own private bar. Yes, this place is away from the main town which is great because of the tranquillity, peace that one gets here. Stefi and Damianos are AMAZING!!!! They are beautiful people, funny, and are always trying to make your stay even more pleasant. They are now my favorite “Malakas”
Thank you for making our vacation an amazing experience, for treating us with love and respect, and making my kids feel as they were royalty at this property. We will come back and have another greek shot with Damianos and Stefi and yell: “Yamas”! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A place totally worth its money. The whole property is super clean, the stuff very helpful and kind and the house we stayed in had a stunning interior design.
It also has a bar and a pool with amazing view to a beautiful beach right below.
PS You should totally try the ice cold Mamos draft beer they serve while on the pool bar !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Hotel with amazing view on the ocean.. This was our first stay on greece and we loved it. Our house was huge and super cute inside and the price was perfect for young students. The breakfast was also very good. I can only recommend it. Next time we will go again to this place.

He moved us to another place without asking us and the other place was not nice at all, and it was very far from the beach too.
We said that we want our money back and he said of course and we didn’t got our money back at all.
This is a crime and no one need to go his place.
