★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at Sea Side Apartments from 23rd Aug to 3rd Sept 2016, 12 nights.This place is run to perfection by a family, Manolis (the sweetest guy in Crete) Stefania (a good business woman) and their son Giorgos(always willing to help you). a) This is the best location in the area, it is quite. If you go further up to Agia Marina or Platanias is very noisy and overcrowded. b) All members of Staff are polite, c) The whole place is very clean d) big area with swimming pool and bar serving food. The official rate is 2 Star which I think it is a joke. We stayed in a 4 Star hotel in Greece and there is no much difference .Pavlos Georgiou and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a last-minute free room upgrade Sea view ... very happy with the room, the hotel is nice and clean,,the pool kept clean and perfect size and nice privet beach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is very nice place with sea view, apartments are comfortable, modern and very clean. Staff is helpful and kind at any time.
The breakfast is tasty with fresh and quality food.
Definitely nice and quiet place for good vacation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Back in January, my friend and I reserved a trip to Greece and chose the Sea side appartement hotel as our choice of accommodation. Not too long after, we were informed that we would no longer be allowed to travel due to Covid-19.
All of our other accommodations were understanding to this unfortunate situation and either refunded or credited our payment.
The Hotel has decided that this is not enough reason to not come (my country has no flights to get there.
I feel robbed and disrespected. I question the other positive reviews that mention quality service.
This is not an honest business to work with. My recommendation: go elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is nice,in the neighborhood are many shops,you must take seaview room,is not crowded and the owner is very nice.There is a bar and a restaurant at the location,the prices are afordable.We have breakfast and dinner included also,the breakfast is the same,dinner is ok,you don't have a lot of options to choose from.
