Efi was such helpfull to manage a car for us, as it was hight Season and we cannot find car to rent anywhere. We wanted to do a roadtrip in Crète, without her service nothing would be the same.
I hightly recommand to call Efi directly to rent a car. We had a semi cabriolet Peugeot 108 , extremely well maintain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a car from Platinum through our hotel in Chania. Efi was fantastic, met us in the lobby and went through all the paperwork and then handed over the keys. Great new car, only a few weeks old, and great service. No hidden costs and fantastic service from Efi. When we were finished Efi met us at the hotel and picked up the car from us. So easy. So glad we didn’t book from one of the bigger companies before hand!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efi was fantastic, she got us a car last minute , she waited more than an hour for us after we had problems at the airport. Then she spent a so much time explaining everything we needed to know about Crete. 100% recommend Platinum rental cars!

She explained everything clearly, brought the car to our apartment and allowed us to return it at the airport. It was so simple. We would definitely rent a car from this company again. Highly recommend.
