★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most pleasant surprise. Own and managed from brothers and the wife of one of them. Very friendly and helpful, impeccable clean and maintenance. The owners was helping us with everything- places to visit, to eat to see... I could see the proud to be local. And all their advice was fantastic. Thanks to them our holiday was great. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Spacious, clean and comfortable, Balcony with a view of a church square. Quiet, centrally located and close to the beach, lighthouse and Venetian Harbour. Host was friendly, accomodating and even stayed later to allow us a late check in due to plane and bus delays. We were able to leave our bags with him while we explored the town after checking out too. We were only there for one night, but could have happily stayed there for a while.

The room was quite and dark. Clean and comfortable! Fantastic place at a great price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rethymno is definitely a good choice, a beautiful city with a beautiful coast and beaches in the area. There is also a small old town, narrow streets full of restaurants and cafes and certainly something for everyone. We had a delicious dinner at one of the many restaurants along the coast in the old town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful little hotel with nice sea front view if you get a room in that direction. Super central location, excellent value for money and friendly staff. I was a bit worried about the noise from the bars but insulation of balcony doors and windows is superb.
