G	George Kapetanos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση. Αντί να παραδώσουν τα δέματα όπως οφείλουν, παίρνουν τηλέφωνο και λένε έχουμε το δέμα σας εδώ, ελάτε να το πάρετε. Τελευταία έχουν αρχίσει και χειρότερα κόλπα. Κάνουν αναπάντητες για να υπάρχει αρχείο ότι πήραν τηλ. Επίσης τους λες να φέρουν το δέμα τη με΄ρα που πρέπει, λένε θα προσπαθήσουμε, μετά από πολλά παρακάλια, και μετά από 10 λεπτά σου έρχεται μήνυμα στο viber που λέει κατόπιν της τηλεφωνικής μας συνεννόησης το δέμα σας θα παραμείνει εδώ για να έρθετε να το πάρετε. Unacceptable service. Instead of delivering the parcels as they should, they call and say we have your parcel here, come and get it. Worse tricks have recently started. They make unanswered so that there is a file that they got on the phone. You also tell them to bring the package on the right day, they say we will try, after many requests, and after 10 minutes you get a message on viber that says after our phone call your parcel will remain here for you to come and get it.

Και όταν την επόμενη μέρα τους ζήτησα το λόγο η αγενέστατη υπάλληλος μου την είπε κιόλας. Απαράδεκτο κατάστημα, για κλείσιμο. X	Xenofon Tsakanikas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Χρειάστηκε να πάω τρεις (!) φορές γιατί την 1η ήταν κλειστό στις 18.30 (ενώ κλείνει 19.00) και δεν υπήρχε καμία ενημέρωση ενώ τη 2η πήγα στις 18.00 και ήταν πάλι κλειστό με ειδοποίηση ότι προσωρινά θα κλείνει στις 18.00. Την 3η φορά η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν ΟΚ. Δεν υπήρχε κανένας έλεγχος πιστοποιητικού ή τεστ... I had to go three (!) Το site δίνει τρόπο αλλά μόνο αν αλλάξει και η ημερομηνία παράδοσης που το βρίσκω εξαιρετικά ανόητο... Θα είναι λόγος απόρριψης μιας αγοράς ιντερνετικά αν την επόμενη φορά μάθω ότι είναι αυτή η εταιρεία που θα παραδώσει. Δε γίνεται να έχω acs μετάφορικη ακριβώς κάτω από το σπίτι μου, και να με εξυπηρετεί η acs μεταφορική 4 χλμ μακριά. Αυτός που όρισε τις θέσεις, δε ξέρει τι του γινόταν. Επισης: Δε γίνεται να κάνουν παραδόσεις ΜΟΝΟ πρωινές ώρες. Ο ΚΌΣΜΟΣ ΔΟΥΛΕΥΕΙ ΠΡΩΙ. ΠΑΡΤΕ ΑΤΟΜΑ να δουλεύουν 2 8ωρα. Ένας πρωί και ο άλλος απόγευμα. Α συγγνώμη ξέχασα. Το χρήμα πάνω απ όλα. Ένα τελευταίο: Όταν δεν είμαστε σπίτι, ΑΦΗΣΤΕ ΚΑΝΕΝΑ ΣΗΜΕΙΩΜΑ ΠΟΥ ΝΑ ΛΕΕΙ: ΗΡΘΕ ΤΟ ΠΑΚΕΤΟ ΣΑΣ. ΠΑΡΤΕ ΜΑΣ ΤΗΛΈΦΩΝΟ ΝΑ ΣΥΝΝΕΝΟΗΘΟΥΜΕ ΓΙΑ ΤΗΝ ΠΑΡΑΔΟΣΗ. Αυτά τα λίγα. Επαναλαμβάνω: ΧΕΙΡΟΤΕΡΗ ΜΕΤΑΦΟΡΙΚΗ. G	Georgios Vakalopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη μακράν... Επρόκειτο να γίνει παράδοση σήμερα 14/2/22. Δέχτηκα ένα τηλεφώνημα από το κέντρο τους για να μιλήσω με τον διανομέα. Έπεσε η γραμμή. Δεν μίλησα ποτέ και ο διανομέας δεν έκανε ποτέ την παράδοση. Πήρα ίσως και τριάντα φορές τηλέφωνο για να επικοινωνήσω και να συνεννοηθώ με μια αγενεστατη υπάλληλο. The worst by far ... Delivery was to take place today 14/2/22. I received a phone call from their center to talk to the distributor. Dropped the line. I never spoke and the distributor never made the delivery. I got on the phone maybe thirty times to contact and consult with a rude employee.

A	Alex Panop on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont use acs courier .... they send me parcel from athens to thessaloniki and they told me i will receive sms when my parcel arrive to go and pick it up ....but instead they send message to viber ( which i never use) very bad system and people who are working are very rude .... 0 stars for acs ...i suggest to never use this courier .....
