★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Seidokaikan club is by far the best martial arts school, not only in the city of Nafpaktos, but also in the region. I spent some 30 days with them, training on private classes with the club's instructors. Very flexible and reasonably priced, especially for the skillset they have!
A professional team of experts! Both Fotis and Sakis are amazing, skillful and knowledable. They teach you the art of Seidokaikan in a very thorough manner, while focusing on your areas of development.
I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEM, for anything from a light fighting training, to conditioning/strenghtening, to enriching your kickboxing and seidokaikan martial arts techniques.
MPRAVO guys! Keep up the good work!
