The location is ideal, by the sea. + the hotel has many sunbeds available along the beach, right in front of the hotel. Unfortunately 6€ the set of 2 sunbed + umbrella, it should be free for hotel guests. 2 main pools but not crowded in the morning. They provide you with towel without deposit, it's cool. Very beautiful place with trees, plants, flowers, lights in the night. Diversified meals for the diner, and it was very very good. Staff is very polite, nice, smiling,and available. Nice team day and night. I think the owner is coming every day at the diner to say hello to the guests, I have never seen this before, it's very appreciated :) Rooms are well spread across the hotel through different buildings. Our room (411) I don't know the others, have a small bathtube where you feel too big, even if you stand to have a shower. I'm only 1.63m and almost 70kg, they should change the size because I think someone bigger may feel very uncomfortable when having a shower. Cleansing team come every two days, and its always clean :) Big +: the hotel has a parking lot (small but it's appreciated if you rent a car). Deposit of 30€ for the electronic badge. If you don't have a car, you can take the Taxi for 5€ to go to the end of the road 3-4km. Covid : they welcome medical staff every day from 9-10am, no reservation needed, and you may have a rapid antigenic test for 25€. Réthymno is a very touristic town, but you feel at ease staying here. There are many wonders to discover. There are many restaurants and places to have a drink, ice creams, waffles..

Unbelievable, the most relaxing hotel, spotlessly clean, food of high standard , staff friendly , helpful and we really enjoyed the whole experience and hope to return again .

What we appreciated very much: car parking for free, service with a smile, hardly any noise from other guests, excellent breakfast, within walking distance from the old town.

I had a wonderful time in the hotel. There was various choice of animation, nice food, clean rooms, and good facilities in general. Everybody was smiling and helpful.

very dirty room. on the first day of check-in, we found trimmed nails of past guests on the floor of the room. bathroom dirty and smelly, hair on the walls. torn pillows and a yellow towel. my family's stay was 7 days in this hotel, 200 euro per night is not worth this dirt.the staff did not change bed linen once in 7 days. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. .

Very clean friendly hotel with excellent service provided by all the team . This was our 4th repeat visit apart from covid years and we were pleasantly surprised that nothing had changed whatsoever. The restaurant was always having a good variety with the bar having quick service on orders . Best of all was Harris the beach attendant who would arrange any food or drink ordered to be brought over to the sunbeds. What could be better than a cocktail while on the sunbed. New hotel manager very guest focused in greeting all guests in restaurant during their meals. All in all very good and will be booking for a 5th visit soon .

Generally good. Staff very helpful and friendly, cleanliness of hotel and rooms very good, food very good and facilities good. Next to beach was good. Even as a solo traveller, the rooms are very small, shower cubicle too small even for an average man. I was moved because of a very noisy A/C unit even though it was not being used ... to a room with same problem....electricity fuse boxes make a noise when electric is on. WIFI in rooms usually very poor although OK in various parts of hotel.

Very nice hotel with two pools and the beach just across the road. Fairly quiet, not so many kids or teenagers here during the week. Its sister hotel Aegean Pearl is sharing the lunch and pool area. Breakfast, lunch and cleaning are all good and up to standard. They have a fairly large gym, underground spa with massage etc. The massage is top notch, with a guy that knows what he doing. Highly recommended.
