★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άθλια εξυπηρέτηση, άθλια προϊόντα.. Δεν πρόκειται να ξανά παρω τίποτα και ειδικά από το e-shop.. Ο, τι να'ναι στέλνουν

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ευτυχώς πρώτα έδωσα την παραγγελία στο e-shop και μετά διάβασα τις κριτικές, γιατί θα με είχαν αποτρέψει... Ίσως να παίζει ρόλο η περιοχή που μένει ο καθένας στην εμπειρία του με το e-shop, πάντως εγώ που μένω Αθήνα έχω να πω τα καλύτερα! Καταρχάς, η κρέμα που πήρα από το eshop δεν υπάρχει αλλού σε όλη την Ελλάδα, την παρήγγειλα στις 13/06 και την επόμενη μέρα την είχα στα χέρια μου! Αμπαλαρισμένη άψογα, με αρωματισμένο χαρτί τυλιγμένη, και με ένα δειγματάκι από ενα αρωμα της Cacharel. Ήρθε με ACS, με μία ώρα περίπου καθυστέρηση από τις ώρες που έγραφε το μήνυμα (2 - 4 μμ). Επιπλέον, είχαν εσωκλείσει και φάκελο με προτυπωμένη αιτιολογία σε περίπτωση επιστροφής... Όλα άψογα!

The orders I made are so late and by phone or email they are being so rude saying to be patient while it has been a month I am waiting for my orders.
The products are already ready I don’t understand why it’s taking so long.
NEVER order from them again
I called today they say the orders of December are now being processed, a joke.....

The super offer for face terms 1 + 1 estee lauderas I made orders they only delivered me the face condition 50 ml and after suffering and very good search I managed after 1 month to get the second bottle at 50ml.The only correct treatment was from Mr. Vasilakopoulos, who after my communication with the complaints department, contacted only him.I inform you to pay attention to the current offers of the branded companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sephora in Greece is totally from out of the space . There's helpline wich does not help at all. Useless and rude . They didn't accept my discount even when I've send the screens with my transaction. Absolutely scandalous!!!!!! The just ignored the costumers. Can't recommend sephora.gr at all. I've found another shop very popular here, so I've moved to them. After they've heard my story gives me a gift for my purchase. 30ml . Positively shocked:). So I forgot sephora .
If they treating costumers like this then no surprises about feedbacks on the Internet.
