Prachtig nieuw hotel met zeer luxe grote kamers. Erg schoon, wordt elke dag schoongemaakt. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.Iedereen in het hotel mag gebruik maken van het zwembad wat tegenover ligt. In de toekomst komt er een keuken, bar en restaurant bij het zwembad van Gloria appartementencomplex. Dit is de tweede keer dat we in Zakynthos zijn.Vorig jaar zaten we in het andere hotel van hun.Argassi Serenity Boutique.Kortom weer een prettig, aangenaam verblijf gehad. Ontbijt was heerlijk en altijd vers bereid.

We spent two weeks at Serenity Luxury Boutique Hotel Agrilia and have enjoyed our stay. The studio-apartments are modern, spacious and luxurious. All apartment have a private plunge pool on a rooftop terrace with sunloungers plus a balcony. During our stay all clients were from Dutch or Belgian origin. Daily breakfast buffet is served at the entrance of the complex and the staff at the breakfast area is amazingly friendly. During your stay you can also use the pool, which is just across the road from the breakfast area. The pool has sunbeds and umbrellas available, plus showers. We experienced that there was a huge difference between the downstairs apartments and the first floor apartments. When staying in a downstairs apartment your plunge pool area is much smaller, has no sunbeds and gets basically no sunlight, as it's located in a tiny patio. Your terrace is also located at the ground floor and has no privacy. When booked through a tour operator it might be sold as the same room category at the same price, but take it from me that you will have a completely different experience. We were allocated a ground floor apartment, but asked to be relocated and could change to an upstairs apartment. Also take into account that there are no bar, music or toilet-facilities at the pool area. Therefor it lacks a bit of ambience and most of the guests decide to rent a car and go to the beaches instead. The upstairs apartments would be more comfortable if there would be an umbrella at the rooftop terrace as it gets too hot to be out there. The apartment is just outside Laganas, a 'hustle and bustle' town focusing on partying teenagers from British, Italian, Polish and Dutch origin. However it's just far enough away not to be bothered by this. The apartment is is just over 2 kilometers from the beach, about 500 meters from the nearest super market and about 1 kilometer from the nearest restaurant. If you're staying here and your focus is not on partying, you definitely need a car in my opinion. Long story short; amazing apartments with great price-quality ratio, but make sure that you're booked into a first floor apartment. The nearest town is Laganas, which is focusing primarely on partying teenagers. You would need a car to make the most of your stay.
