Village Inn Studios & Family Apartments - 400 Laganas Main Road

So myself and my wife are still at the resort but felt I needed to write the review now... overall a very pleasant stay, Dennis the owner is very nice and helpful and Penny on reception is lovely.. more than helpful, even after my partner miss placing her engagement ring.. Penny was extremely quick to gather staff together to help look for it. Ring is safe and sound where it should be. Waitresses are very nice and helpful.. Ilda is always smiling and very cheerful. Really can't fault the food and there is alot on offer. However, the only criticism I have is that all inclusive guests still have to pay for WiFi ( small charge ) but would have thought AI guests would have been given password. Also rooms are a little basic but nothing to cry about. All in all, having a fantastic time and would come back again. Thank you to all staff at the village inn for making our stay so far a very welcoming one.

Overall a really good experience, Penny on reception is amazing and ever helpful. Was impressed by the quality of the food and the overall cleanliness of the apartments and complex plus the BBQ jight on Wednesday is quiet good. Downside, way to many youngsters who dont move from the pool/bar all day and night before heading out to the strip for even more booze, fights etc. That said, the security guard at night is amazing and does not tolerate any kind of BS from trouble or noise makers which still makes the resort a nice play to stay. Overall a good experience minus the young ones, in a really good location for exploring the island and I venture to say we may be back again.

Just spent 10 nights at this Hotel. Staff are very good,drinks not bad food gets a little boring after a few days,but plenty of choice. The room was very good beds are comfortable,but the shower facility is absolutely terrible the shower curtain is that long that it blocks the plug hole. Over all the place is Central to some Great locations. We visited Kalamaki and Laganas beech both very good. Laganas beech offers great bars along the beech to drink in,some awesome cocktails. Thanks to all the staff at village inn. We had an awesome time.

I visited Village Inn in September 2017 and I have great memories from this place. The Rooms (and hotel itself) are nice and clean (rooms were cleaned almost every day). Nothing fancy but very cozy and fun. Staff was polite and helpful. Food was very good and served for most of the day. It is situated quite far from noisy clubs and centre of Laganas. I would say it is a 15-20 minutes walk to the beach. There is a car rental just next to it and a market just across the street. I would recommend it and probably will stay there in the future as well.

This review takes into consideration the price paid for this hotel. I've stayed in far better places but guess what, they cost a lot more! If you book a holiday this cheap, you can't expect a five star resort hotel right on the beach. However, you can expect clean and tidy rooms, food which is of a high standard and enough choice that you won't get bored over the course of a 7 night stay, the pool is very nice, the staff are friendly and helpful and despite the distance to the beach, you can pay 6 euro for a taxi which reception will call for you and it will get you there in 5 minutes. It's really easy to catch one back the other way as well. It's close to the airport so you don't need to book transfers, just get a taxi for 20 euro. It's a great base to explore the island from and tour companies will pick you up from the hotel which saves you going into town. I would definitely stay again. There are a couple of things I would change which shouldn't raise the price too much. Put bins in the apartments, the only bin is next to the toilet, and as it's Greece, that bin is for a specific use and you don't want to keep opening it to put your rubbish in! The shower cubicles are small and the curtain is horrible. They should add a sliding glass screen to make a proper shower cubicle. And finally, they should serve drinks in glasses in the evening once the pool is closed! That's it though, not much to moan about at all!

Very good and friendly, rooms are clean, gardens are colourful and beautiful!

Dennis has scammed us out of 2 days of all inclusive since we got here Friday morning but paid for Thursday after we get here we are told we cannot have a drink till 11am we leave the following Thursday night and are told we are not eligible for all inclusive yet again on the Thursday we leave yet on the bookings we are told we have all inclusive for 7 nights they have none stop told us what we can and cannot do we come to check out and they have tried to bill us for various of things but quick to deduct them when we pull them up on such things i would personally avoid this hotel there is no positives here and would personally avoid

Nice place with private pool and large car park. Spacious room with small kitchen and nice balcony. Several supermarkets and restaurants close by. I just would have liked a warning sign, that warned me of the tap water being so salty.
