h	harrypar1 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είμαι πολύ δυσαρεστημένος από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα διότι πήγα για επισκευή κάτι v-brake shifters (ST-EF50, είχε κολλήσει το ένα και δεν ανέβαζε στον 3ο δίσκο) και μου είπαν ότι πάει τώρα που κόλλησε δε φτιάχνει πια, πρέπει να αγοράσω άλλο, όπως και έγινε. Φυσικά το χαλασμένο shifter το κράτησα και το άνοιξα να δω πόσο χαλασμένο μπορεί να είναι πια, και με μισή σταγόνα WD-40 ξεκόλλησε το παλιό πετρωμένο γράσο και εκείνο το σιδεράκι κουνιέται ελεύθερα και επανέρχεται στη θέση του με το ελατηριάκι του και θα δουλεύει άψογα για πολλά πολλά χιλιόμετρα. Οι μικρομηχανισμοί όπως τα shifters χρειάζονται συντήρηση και επιδέχονται σέρβις ειδικά αν ήταν ακίνητα για κάμποσο καιρό, επίσης τα Shimano είναι σκυλιά, πρέπει να φάνε σοβαρό τραμπούκισμα για να χαλάσουν κανονικά. Το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα τα γνωρίζει πάρα πολύ καλά όλα αυτά απλά επιλέγει να σου πάρει μία φορά εκατό ευρώ και όχι να ξαναπάς άλλες είκοσι φορές και να δώσεις από ένα δεκάευρο. Δεδομένων όλων αυτών θεωρώ ότι υποτίμησαν τη νοημοσύνη μου και έτσι αφήνω αυτήν εδώ την κριτική για να τη βλέπουμε και εμείς οι πελάτες για να μάθουμε να ψαχνόμαστε αλλά και οι κύριοι του σέρβις να προσπαθήσουν να βελτιώσουν τις υπηρεσίες τους στο υπέροχο 50 ετών μαγαζί τους με την ελπίδα να μην απαντήσουν για άλλη μία φορά με αγένεια επειδή αφήσαμε ένα αστεράκι! υγεία I am very unhappy with this store because I went to repair some v-brake shifters (ST-EF50, one was stuck and did not load on the 3rd disc) and I was told that now that it is stuck it does not work anymore, I have to buy another, like and it was done.
