I came to Serum on the recommendation of the acupuncturist I was attending in Ireland. I had decided to go it on my own to become a Mum and had 2 failed rounds of IVF with an Irish clinic. I was totally disillusioned by the process and the cost of it was overwhelming. Every single time I attended Serum I got the same feeling as soon as I walked in the door. The staff are all so welcoming. You feel like they care about you, the person, and not about what you represent from a financial perspective. Sadly, that's not how I felt about the clinic I had been with in Ireland. Penny was always so caring, so honest, so available whenever I had questions or concerns. I felt the team really looked at me as a unique case and not 'one option fits all'. I finally welcomed my son this February. He is the best thing that has ever happened to me and it is all down to Penny and the team at Serum. I cannot articulate my gratitude to them. It was a very long, difficult journey for me but I got there! I cannot recommend this clinic enough. Yes, it's hard to travel last minute at times and it is tough to be away at times but if you want something badly enough you do whatever it takes to get there.

My name is Caroline Doyle and I'm delighted to say that I'm pregnant & due our baby by the end the Summer! After a few years of unsuccessful treatment, my husband & I decided to travel to Serum's new state of the art clinic, for a last attempt on the advice of a good friend. From the start Penny and her team fully investigated why we were not getting pregnant. They found the issues & provided solutions. Penny and all her staff were very attentive, warm & welcoming at all times. They were very helpful in providing us with information on when to travel & where to stay. They took the stress out of the whole process. We genuinely felt they wanted us to realise our dream of becoming parents. We found our whole experience to date with Serum 5 ⭐️. We first had a consult online with the lovely Penny in November 2021. We’ve just now come back from having our first IVF and are in the 2ww. Every person we dealt with was fantastic and empathetic. There is no comparison between the Irish clinics (we had previously been to all of them) and Serum. Although, we still don’t know if we have a positive outcome, we most definitely had a positive experience. The nurses and doctors are amazing. We would recommend to anyone on a fertility journey to explore their options with Serum.

The Serum IVF clinic was recommended to us by our friends (and their friends before that) who both after many years of trying IVF cycles in different countries, finally got a successful outcome on their first time at SERUM. We didn’t have much time left, and so we decided to give the team a try. And we are happy we made this decision. We had an amazing experience with the Serum IVF family. They made us feel like they care, like we were part of their big, beautiful, loving family. The Serum team helped us through our complicated journey to become parents. The IVF journey itself is not an easy process. You need to invest a lot of time, energy, emotions and money. Serum IVF clinic made this journey less stressful for us. Travel coordinators made our stay in Athens as easy as possible, providing all the important details on where to stay, what to do in the city, how to commute, etc. Thanks to Tasos as well for driving us back and forth as much as was possible. Penny is a very special person, as anyone who meets her will attest, and we'd like to express our endless gratitude to you, dear. We felt you truly cared for us and did everything you could to make our grandest of dreams come true. She examined us thoroughly and explained the options and possible outcomes, as it is. No false hopes but still with a very positive attitude. Sometimes we had to make difficult decisions and Penny guided us with her most appreciated words of wisdom. She became a dear friend; someone we will cherish always. Words can’t express how grateful we are to Penny and all her wonderful team. Thanks to you all, we are now expecting our most awaited baby. I would not hesitate to recommend IVF Serum. I had a good experience at a UK clinic for my first round but after I unfortunately miscarried, I wasn’t happy with the treatment following this. I felt that I wanted to ensure there was nothing underlying that could have been the cause of the miscarriage and that I was treating my body in the kindest way possible. Serum took a totally holistic approach to treating me, starting at the beginning and looking at things that nobody in the UK had even mentioned to me before. I was treated and sent away to try naturally for several months, which was so refreshing to hear. Nothing ever felt forced, and although we did need to have IVF in the end, the treatment plan and treatment itself were more than I could have wished for. You are treated like a friend, everyone is respectful, listens and cares. Penny, the clinic director is such a caring, sweet and reassuring person to have to comfort you at all times throughout the process. I have also had interactions with Sofia and Dr Meridis who are equally as caring and wonderful. If you are looking for treatment that is supportive and honest with people that genuinely care, IVF serum is the place to be. I don’t yet know if this round will result in the baby I dream of but I do know that Serum will get me there eventually ?
