Τους έστειλε η εταιρία που αγορασα το πλυντήριο να το δούνε, μου είπαν θα το πάρουν στο εργαστήριο τους και δεν ήρθαν ποτέ. Απαράδεκτο. Ούτε με ενημέρωσαν για το χρόνο που πρέπει να περιμένω. Εσάς θα βαθμολογήσω για το service και την ανταπόκριση διότι δικος σας τεχνικος ήρθε για την επισκευή. Όσο για τα στοιχεία μου θα τα βρείτε στο δελτιο επισκευής Ν 007 7\10\2021 που άφησε ο τεχνικός σας. Αύριο θα πάρω τηλέφωνο να ξαναρωτήσω ποτέ θα γίνει επισκευή, αν θέλετε μπορούμε να μιλήσουμε. One month damaged United washing machine I bought in April (under warranty). The company that bought the washing machine sent them to see it, they told me they would take it to their laboratory and they never came. Unacceptable. Ήρθαν αυθημερόν για τη βλάβη και με συμβουλευσαν και την προηγουμένη ημέρα από το τηλέφωνο τι να κάνω προσωρινά χωρίς να ξέρουν εάν θα πάρω αυτούς για τη βλάβη!! Αυτά και λίγα είναι!! Τους εύχομαι καλές δουλειές με υγεία!!! What I have to say about this company are two things. First PEOPLE and second PROFESSIONALS !! They came the same day for the damage and advised me the day before on the phone what to do temporarily without knowing if I would get them for the damage !! These are a few !! I wish them good jobs with health !!!

Ευγενικός, έμπειρος, με όλα τα μέτρα προφύλαξης covid, διεκπεραίωσε την εργασία ταχύτατα και με επαγγελματισμό. Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!! Amazing, simple! Stavros came to install the dishwasher and I was absolutely happy! Polite, experienced, with all the covid precautions, he did the job quickly and professionally. I highly recommend it!!

Δεν χρειάστηκε να το πάρουν στο εργαστήριο. έγινε επί τόπου επιδιόρθωση (καθαρισμός). I got a call on Monday and on Tuesday they sent a man. He was very helpful and kind and solved the problem I had in the washing machine. They did not have to take it to the laboratory. on-site repair (cleaning) was done.

I paid the deposit for an order and after 3 months they told me that the product I ordered is no longer available and they couldn't suggest another model to replace it. Meanwhile, because of the delay of the replacement, the machine broke and they didn't even have the courtesy to fix it.
