m	maria krousaniotaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι σε συμπεριφορά. Πήρα τηλ γιατί το κλιματιστικό δούλευε στις άλλες λειτουργίες κανονικά εκτός θέρμανσης. Ζήτησα συντήρηση και όποια επισκευή χρειαστεί. (5ετιας κλιματιστικό). Ήρθαν κοίταξαν εξωτερικά το κλιματιστικό έβαλαν ένα μανόμετρο και μέτρησαν οτι υπάρχει διαρροή φρέον. Χωρίς να ανοίξουν την εξωτερική μονάδα καθόλου να δουν αν υπάρχει πιθανή διαρροή και που, μου ζήτησαν να πάρουν την μονάδα στο εργαστήρι τους πίσω με κόστος 150 - 200 ευρώ. (συντήρηση μου είπαν δεν θα κάνουν διότι δεν δουλεύει το κλιματιστικο. Το οποίο άνοιγε και δούλευε πχ στην λειτουργία ψύξης). Πλήρωσα 49 ευρώ γι αυτό. Τους ξανακαλώ την ίδια μέρα και τους ζητάω εφόσον έχει διαρροή το φρέον με δική μου ευθύνη να έρθουν να συμπληρώσουν φρέον (μια προσωρινή λύση) μέχρι να δω τι θα κάνω με την επισκευή του και τους λέω οτι με προβλημάτισε το γεγονός οτι δεν ανοίχτηκε η εξωτερική μονάδα καθόλου. Συμφωνούμε να έρθουν να κάνουν την συντήρηση και να πληρώσω 55 ευρώ για το φρέον. Έρχονται την δεύτερη ημέρα κάνουν την συντήρηση όντως και πάνε να βάλουν φρέον. Διαπιστώνουν οτι η διαρροή είναι εξωτερική έχει σκάσει κάποιο σωληνάκι μου είπαν μιας και βλέπαμε με τα μάτια μας το φρέον να φεύγει απο το ανεμιστηράκι της εξωτερικής μονάδας. Δεν βάζουν καθόλου φρέον. Εκεί τους εξηγώ οτι υποθέτω δεν θα πληρώσω για φρέον και περίμενα να ανοίξουν την μονάδα να την επισκευάσουν. Μου λένε οτι δεν θα το κάνουμε αυτό ειναι 5 ώρες δουλειά και οτι θέλουν να πάρουν την μονάδα μαζί τους (πιθανολογώ για να δικαιολογήσουν τα 150 - 200 ευρώ κόστος). Σηκώνονται και φεύγουν εκνευρισμένοι γιατί τους είπα οτι δεν θα καλύψω το κόστος του φρέον μιας και δεν έβαλαν και ότι περίμενα να γίνει κάποια επισκευή ή έστω μια προσπάθεια. Unacceptable in behavior. I got a call because the air conditioner was working in the other modes normally out of heating. I requested maintenance and any repairs needed. (5 year air conditioner). They came and looked outside the air conditioner, put a pressure gauge and measured that there was a freon leak. Without opening the outdoor unit at all to see if there is a possible leak and where, they asked me to take the unit back to their workshop at a cost of 150 - 200 euros. (maintenance they told me they will not do because the air conditioner does not work. Which opened and worked eg in cooling mode). I paid 49 euros for that. I call them again the same day and ask them if the freon is leaking at my own risk to come fill in the freon (a temporary solution) until I see what I will do with its repair and I tell them that I was troubled by the fact that the external one did not open unit at all. They find out that the leak is external, a tube has burst, they told me, since we saw with our own eyes the freon leaving the fan of the outdoor unit. They do not put any freon. They tell me that we will not do this, it is 5 hours of work and that they want to take the unit with them (I guess to justify the 150 - 200 euro cost). They get up and leave annoyed because I told them that I will not cover the cost of freon since they did not put and that I was waiting for some repair or even an attempt.
