★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τον Σεπτέμβριο 2020 αγόρασα και εγκατέστησα από την εταιρεία χαλακατεβακης climatism αντλία θερμότητας 16 KW ψύξη θέρμανση με fan coil στο Μαρούσι. Από την αρχή ένα fan coil δεν λειτουργούσε. Ο τεχνικός αυτοματισμών που έκανε την εκκίνηση της αντλίας είπε ότι θα πάρει κάτι και θα ξανάρθει. «Μην τον είδατε τον Παναγή». Παρότι επικοινώνησα αρκετές φορές για να λυθεί το πρόβλημα δεν υπήρχε ανταπόκριση. Τώρα 6 Νοεμβρίου μπήκε χειμώνας και το ένα δωμάτιο είναι κλειστό, αφού είναι σαν ψυγείο και το παιδί κοιμάται στον καναπέ του σαλονιού. Όλα αυτά ένα μήνα μετά την εγκατάσταση της αντλίας. Φαντάζομαι τι θα γίνει αν θα χρειαστώ κάτι μετά από 5 ή 10 χρόνια.
edit 29Δεκ 2020: Μόλις μπήκαν τα κρύα δούλεψα την αντλία. Οι δυο θερμοστάτες χώρου δεν λειτουργούν σωστά. Τώρα πρέπει να έχω τον θερμοστάτη στους 30 βαθμούς και όταν ζεσταίνεται ο χώρος να τον κλείνω. Κανονικά θα έπρεπε να είναι ο θερμοστάτης στους 22 και όταν πέφτει στους 19 να ξανανοιγει αυτόματα. Είπαν ότι θα τον αλλάξουν. Ακόμα περιμένω. Απογοήτευση. Έδωσα 12000 ευρώ τζάμπα. Θα περιμένω ακόμα λίγο και θα προσφύγω με εξώδικο.

edit 29Dec 2020: As soon as the cold came, I worked on the pump. The two room thermostats do not work properly. Now I have to have the thermostat at 30 degrees and when the room heats up I have to turn it off. Normally the thermostat should be at 22 and when it drops to 19 it should reopen automatically. They said they would change him. I'm still waiting. Disappointment. I gave 12000 euros for a picture. I will wait a little longer and I will appeal out of court.
