Παιδια τι γίνεται με τα Ελληνικά online καταστήματα,κανεις εκει δεν εχει σπουδασε marketing;Καμια απολύτως ενημερωση για την αποστολή ή εξεληξη της παραγγελίας,και βεβαια τιποτα δεν ελαβα μεχρι σήμερα. Έρχονται από την άλλη άκρη του κόσμου, την Ιταλία. Απαντήσεις μονολεκτικές, καμία ενημέρωση για την εξέλιξη της παραγγελίας, προϊόντα που δεν φτάνουν ποτέ στον παραλήπτη τους. Ελλάδα, ηλεκτρονικό εμπόριο 2021... Ο συνήγορος του καταναλωτή πρέπει να κάνει χρυσές δουλειές με κάτι τέτοιους. Whatever you say about them is a little. Την επόμενη με πήρε τηλ προφανώς η γραμματειακή υποστήριξη και με ενημέρωσε ότι η παραγγελία θα είναι έτοιμη μετά τις γιορτές διότι θα παραλάβουν από Ιταλία. Μέχρι προχθές 11/01 δεν είχα καμία ενημέρωση. Αφού επικοινώνησα εγώ μαζί τους, με ενημέρωσε ένας υπεύθυνος ότι κανονικά έπρεπε να παραλάβω και ότι θα με ενημέρωνε ο ίδιος για την εξέλιξη της παραγγελίας μέχρι που μου ήρθε ένα ΞΕΡΟ μήνυμα: SPORTSTORE.ΔYΣTYXΩΣ ΔEN YΠAPXEI TO ΠPOION, ΘA ΣAΣ EΠIΣTEΨOYME TA XPHMATA ΣTHN KAPTA. ΛYΠOYMAΣTE ΓIA THN ANAΣTATΩΣH. Δεν μπήκαν καν στον κόπο να με πάρουν ένα τηλέφωνο να με ενημερώσουν αν μπορώ να πάρω κάποιο άλλο προϊόν που είναι διαθέσιμο. I ordered a windbreaker before the holidays. The next day I was obviously called by the secretarial support and informed me that the order will be ready after the holidays because they will receive it from Italy. Until the day before yesterday 11/01 I had no information. After I contacted them, a person in charge informed me that I normally had to pick up and that he would inform me about the progress of the order until I received a CLEAR message: SPORTSTORE. . ΛΥΠOYMAΣTE ΓΙΑ THN ANASTATΩΣH. They did not even bother to call me to let me know if I could get another product available.
