Μ	Μαρία Μαρούση on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κατανοώ την πολιτική της εταιρείας, αλλά να μου ζητάνε 45€ για να έρθει μόνο να δει τεχνικός τους την πλατφόρμα δόνησης της Alpine που στην κυριολεξία μου φόρτωσαν σε αντικατάσταση άλλης για την οποίαν δεν είχαν ανταλλακτικά, το θεωρώ τραγικό... Κυρίως τη στιγμή που τους είχα από την πρώτη στιγμή ενημερώσει, ότι βγάζει error... Μου είχαν πει να μην ανησυχώ, έχει ένα μαύρο κουμπάκι που κάνει reset και λειτουργεί. Επίσης να σημειώσω ότι δεν έχει δουλέψει πάνω από 4 ώρες όλα τα χρόνια. I understand the policy of the company, but to ask me 45 € to just come see their technician the Alpine vibration platform that literally loaded me in to replace another for which they had no spare parts, I consider it tragic ... Τα προϊόντα διατίθενται και online χωρίς διαφορά στην τιμή. Good service. Apart from kettler, it also has a showcase with Nordic track (eg the commercial corridor, etc.). Ο υπάλληλος της εταιρείας κος Δήμος ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός όχι μόνο κατά την επίσκεψή μου εκείνη αλλά και σε επόμενες ημέρες όταν επανήλθα τηλεφωνικώς για ερωτήματα. Μου έλυσε απορίες , μου έδωσε πληροφορίες και ασχολήθηκε τόσο μαζί μου ώστε προς στιγμή νόμισα ότι ήταν ιδιοκτήτης του καταστήματος και όχι υπάλληλος ! Ευχαριστώ ! D	Dimitris Staurou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Θα μπορουσα να πω οχι ανταξια του ονοματος...αγορασα προ 1 1/2 ετους τον S6...μετα απο 4 μηνες σταματησε να δουλευει...ηρθε τεχνικος για upgrade (το εκανε δωρεαν) ...αλλαξε τον εγκεφαλο με νεο... Προ 1 μηνα και ενω εδινα κλιση στο διαδρομο ακουστηκε ενας μεταλλικος θορυβος. Τηλεφωνησα γιατι ηταν εντος εγγυησης και μου ζητησαν 35 ευρω για την επισκεψη...τους ειπα ευχαριστως να τα καταβαλω εφοσον δεν καλυπτει την ζημια η εγγθηση αλλα ειπαν οτι τα "ψιλα" γραμματα της εγγυησης λενε οτι τα πληρωνω ειτε κλυπτει η εγγυηση ειτε οχι... Ζητησα να κανουν remote ελεγχο για τη βλαβη αλλα ειπαν οτι ο μονος τροπος ειναι να ερθει τεχνικος..."take it or leave it" με αλλα λογια... Αφου ηρθε ο τεχνικος διαπιστωσε ογι το σασι εχει σπασει (απιστευτο και ομως αληθινο)... Πηραν το διαδρομο και τον επεστρεψαν προ 2 ημερων απαιτωντας να πληρωθουν τα 35 ευρω για τον ελεγχο... Προσωπικα αν ημουν γνωστης παρομοιας εμπειριας πριν την αγορα...δεν θα ξοδευα επ ουδενι 1500ευρω για την αηορα του... Συνιστω να αποφευγεται να αγοραζετε διαδρομους Kettler...ειναι φραγκοφονιανες και σε καμια περιπτωση επαγγελματιες... Δινω 1 αστερι στην αξιολογηση μονο και μονο διοτι οταν δουλευει (και δεν ειναι χαλασμενος) δειχνει οτι ειναι ....γερμανικης κατασκευης... I could say no worthy of the name ... I bought the S6 1 1/2 years ago ... after 4 months it stopped working ... an upgrade technician came (he did it for free) ... he changed the brain with a new one ... 1 month ago, while I was tilting the aisle, a metallic noise was heard. I called because it was under warranty and they asked me for 35 euros for the visit ... I gladly told them to pay as long as the guarantee does not cover the damage but they said that the "fine" letters of the guarantee say that I pay them whether the warranty covers or not. .. I asked them to do a remote check for the fault but they said that the only way is for a technician to come ... "take it or leave it" in other words ... After the technician came, he found that the chassis was broken (unbelievable but true) ... They took the route and returned it 2 days ago, demanding that the 35 euros be paid for the check ... Personally, if I had known of a similar experience before the purchase ... I would not have spent 1500 euros at all for its air ... I recommend that you avoid buying Kettler routes ... they are Francophone and in no case professional ... I give 1 star in the evaluation only because when it works (and it is not damaged) it shows that it is .... made in Germany ...
