Ά	Άννα on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερή μας εμπειρία "εξυπηρέτησης" (γιατί μόνο εξυπηρέτηση δεν τη λες) ever. Ενδιαφερόμασταν για ένα mobile router. Ο υπάλληλος μάς είπε ότι είχε να μας προτείνει δύο επιλογές από τις οποίες διαπίστωσε ότι τελικά είχε μόνο τη μία, ένα στικάκι. Μαζί με το στικάκι μας έφερε μια SIM κόστους €20 με 8gb για 3 μήνες. Εδώ και πάνω από μια δεκαετία είμαστε χρήστες του What's up και γνωρίζουμε ότι μας συμφέρουν περισσότερο τα πακέτα του What's up συγκριτικά με αυτό που αρχικά μας πρότεινε αυτός. Οι τιμές που μας είπε για τα πακέτα του What's up μάς έδειξαν ότι ο άνθρωπος είτε ήταν εντελώς ανενημέρωτος είτε μας παραπληροφορούσε εσκεμμένα προσπαθώντας να μας πουλήσει το πακέτο που ήθελε εκείνος. Είπαμε ότι θέλαμε το What's up κι από τη στιγμή εκείνη μέχρι να τελειώσουμε και να φύγουμε μάς είχαν να περιμένουμε άλλα 25+ λεπτά. Ο συγκεκριμένος κύριος ξαφνικά μάς παράτησε κι άρχισε να εξυπηρετεί μια άλλη κυρία. Ήταν δέκα λεπτά σκυμμένος πάνω από το κινητό της αγνοώντας μας πλήρως και προσπαθούσε να βρει κάτι όσο εμείς περιμέναμε υπομονετικά να εξυπηρετηθούμε. Και θα περιμέναμε άλλο τόσο και παραπάνω αν δεν ερχόταν μια άλλη υπάλληλος να μας "εξυπηρετήσει". Η πιο αντιπαθής, ξινή, ειρωνική κι εξοργιστικά κι εσκεμμένα αργοκίνητη υπάλληλος που έχουμε συναντήσει. Απορήσαμε πώς γίνεται αυτό το άτομο να εργάζεται, πόσο μάλλον στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών. Το λες και μαγκιά να πληρώνεσαι ενώ (ή για να) διώχνεις πελάτες. Φυσικά και δεν το προτείνουμε σε κανέναν. Our worst "service" experience (because you don't just call it service) ever. We were interested in a mobile router. The clerk told us that he had to suggest us two options from which he found that in the end he had only one, a stick. Together with the stick he brought us a SIM cost € 20 with 8gb for 3 months. We have been What's up users for over a decade and we know that we are more interested in What's up packages than what he initially suggested. The prices he told us about What's up packages showed us that the person was either completely uninformed or deliberately misinformed us trying to sell us the package he wanted. We said we wanted What's up and from that moment until we finished and left we had to wait another 25+ minutes. This gentleman suddenly left us and started serving another lady. He was ten minutes crouched over her cell phone completely ignoring us and trying to find something while we waited patiently for service. And we would have waited even longer if another employee did not come to "serve" us. The most disliked, sour, ironic and outrageously and deliberately sluggish employee we have ever met. We wondered how this person works, let alone customer service. It's like getting paid while (or to) chase away customers. Of course we do not recommend it to anyone.
