★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγοράσα ένα ρολόι kospet μέσω skroytz το οποίο μετά από δύο μήνες έβγαλε πρόβλημα.Το ρολόϊ στάλθηκε στο κατάστημα 1 μήνα πριν την λήξη της εγγύησης και με εκδορές πάνω του.
Το κατάστημα έδειξε τρομερή ανταπόκριση και ήρθε σε επικοινωνία προκειμένου να διευθέτηση το πρόβλημα .
Λογω του ότι οι εκδόρες ήταν από προσπάθεια να ανοιχτεί δεν με κάλυπτε η εγγύηση.
Το κατάστημα πάραυτα κατόπιν της επικοινωνίας αποκαταστήσε πλήρως το ρολόι και έστειλε άμεσα καινούριο χωρίς καμία χρέωση.
Όσα χρόνια κάνω συναλλαγές ηλεκτρονικές δεν ξανασυνάντησα τέτοιο επαγγελματία.
Μπράβο τους.
I bought a kospet watch through skroytz which after two months had a problem. The watch was sent to the store 1 month before the expiration of the warranty and with abrasions on it.
The store showed tremendous response and came in contact to resolve the issue.
Due to the fact that the abrasives were trying to open, the guarantee did not cover me.
The store immediately after the communication fully restored the watch and immediately sent a new one without any charge.
In all the years I have been doing electronic transactions, I have never met such a professional.
Well done for them.
