G	George on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: We had seen Silis on previous walks down the beach in Artemida when travelling and read the reviews. We knew the private bathroom for our little castle was outside and down a path and that was fine with us :) Great to have a proper shower in Greece too :) We loved the place even more than we’d expected so basically stayed in the grounds and on beach below for our 2 days - only venturing to the bakery, supermarket and tavernas. No negatives for us but just be careful going out onto the road until it is fixed. The cars whiz right by the gate. We solved this by only going that way to the market opposite otherwise we walked along the beach. It was lovely making a Greeky lunch to eat in the grounds as we did not want to leave the property much at all! Billie is a great guy and host. We were very happy indeed!.
D	Dom Chetwode on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’d booked a place in Artemis, but it became unavailable just before our visit & we were offered an alternative straight away. The Silis beach house was really convenient for the airport especially as we arrived about 11.30 at night. Konstantinos met us there and showed us round what is actually a really big property with gardens opening right onto the beach below. A great start to our holiday, as very good Taverna only 5 minutes walk away & a refreshing swim before breakfast & our onward travel. There’s a very handy supermarket just over the road too!

You relax and enjoy your holidays.You have also a very big supermarket next to you. The owner was very polite friendly and helpful. We will visit him again in the future. I totally recommend it

Perfect stopover for few nights before heading out to island hop! Highly recommended!! Have already sent friends there!! Honestly can’t say enough great things!!

Our host is amazing; arranged a series of cabs to the airport for tomorrow so all of our group is cared for. The house is spotless. We have spent a week travelling across Greece and Crete and chose to spend our last day here; we could not have made a better decision. It is the perfect end to a fabulous trip. With a market across the street and many cafes and restaurants an easy walk along the beach, everything you need is right here.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the accomodation is as close to the ocean as you can get.. Negative: We felt the price was expensive for the property. Whilst we enjoyed our stay the property bathroom was separate from the room which seemed to be repurposed as accomodation rather than originally designed for purpose..
P	Paula Ball on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delightful visit! We spent our last night in Greece in this little piece of paradise. The property is secluded but directly on the beach. It has views to the east and southeast, so it is a beautiful place to see the sunrise. The gate of the property goes directly down to the sea. The property itself is private and gated and beautiful. We loved sitting out on the top of the house or on the various patio spaces. The restroom is outside of the room, but the pathway is well lit, and this cause us no problems. Think of it as the distance from a far bedroom to a bathroom in a house. It is not far and did not deter from our stay. The rest room is very modern with a large shower.There is a nice grocery store directly across the street which includes a nice coffee and breakfast pastry quick stop. The kitchen in the room is for snacks etc. . . not really for eating full meals, but you could definitely make simple provisions. The host was very accomodating allowing us to come early after it was too windy and cold at the beach. He was very helpful in giving us ideas of what to do, and he personally greeted us and came back when it was time to leave. I can't explain how lovely our stay was, and I wish we had stayed much longer! Hopefully, we will be back.
