★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the physical store on 5th June 2021. I was deeply disappointed to find out that I could use the credit note I had from a previous purchase only to buy items on sale. The explanation from the store manager was that my credit note was "old" (it was issued in Aug 2020). This term was not mentioned either on the credit note or was not communicated to me when it was issued. Despite that stores were not functioning reagularly due to Covid, I was told that I should have visited the store earlier in the year (it was not clear what was the validity period of the credit note). Bad customer experience.
