★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ κακή εμπειρία με το παρόν κατάστημα εξού λοιπόν και τα 2,8 αστέρια που έχει καθώς πρόκειται για κατάστημα με 0 επαγγελματισμό και ενημέρωση . Παρήγγειλα μια τσάντα η οποία ήταν υποτίθεται άμεσα διαθέσιμη και παράδοση σε 1-3 ημέρες και και την 4η ήμερα υπομονής μου πήρα τηλέφωνο μου λένε ότι μισό να καλέσω την αποθήκη και θα σας καλέσω αμέσως . Με έγραψαν κανονικά και πείρα τηλέφωνο μετά από 2 ώρες και μου λένε θα έρθει αύριο και λέω εντάξει να το αφήσω . Πάει 3 την επόμενη μέρα που έμεινα σπίτι να παραλάβω παίρνω πάλι εγώ τηλέφωνο και λένε πάλι το ίδιο να μιλήσουν με την αποθήκη και να με καλέσουν αμέσως , πάλι περνάει μια ώρα παίρνω εγώ τηλέφωνο και μου λένε από Δευτέρα εγώ σχολά τώρα οπότε δεν ξέρω . Σκέτη κοροϊδία και τέτοια αντιμετώπιση ούτε σε μπακάλικο της γειτονιάς , τέτοια καταστήματα χαλάνε την συνέπεια και τον επαγγελματισμό του skroutz
 Very bad experience with the current store, hence the 2.8 stars it has as it is a store with 0 professionalism and information. I ordered a bag which was supposed to be immediately available and delivered in 1-3 days and on the 4th day of my patience I got a call telling me that half to call the warehouse and I will call you immediately. They wrote me normally and I experienced phone after 2 hours and they tell me it will come tomorrow and I say ok to leave it. It's 3 the next day when I stayed home to pick up I pick up the phone again and they say the same thing again to talk to the warehouse and call me immediately, again an hour passes I pick up the phone and they tell me from Monday I go to school now so I do not know. Plain mockery and such treatment not even in a grocery store in the neighborhood, such stores spoil the consistency and professionalism of skroutz
