Забронировали аппарты за два дня до приезда в Афины 02.09.21 (оплатив милями ВТБ через one two trip). Получили сообщение, что нам передадут ключи, но просьба сообщить время приезда. Мы ответили по емейлу и спокойно ждали полет в Афины. В итоге в аппарты нас не заселили, телефон отключен. Хорошо по номеру на табличке на отеле ответили и нам сообщили о том, что этот отель для проживания недосупен. Нам любезно нашли замену, но не равнозначную и мы отказались, перебронировав другой апарт отель через one two trip.
The owner of the hotel died 2 months ago and the apartment is not available for living! But some sites allow you to book.
Booked the apartments two days before arriving in Athens on 09/02/21 (paying with VTB miles through one two trip). We received a message that the keys will be handed over to us, but please inform us about the time of arrival. We answered by email and calmly waited for the flight to Athens. As a result, we were not accommodated in the apartments, the phone was turned off. Well, the number on the plate on the hotel was answered and we were informed that this hotel was not affordable for staying. We were kindly found a replacement, but not equivalent, and we refused, rebooking another apart hotel through one two trip.
