The staff and their service was outstanding. They were efficient, friendly, attentive but not intrusive. They went out of their way to make our stay worry free. We asked them to have a chef for a couple of days and they brought us a professional who cooked for us traditional Cretan dishes that were absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced. What can I say about the villa itself?! It was absolutely gorgeous. Brand new, modern, a big swimming pool, and an amazing view overlooking platanias beach. The villa has four bedrooms and catered very well for all 8 of us. Our group was young professionals from New York who wanted to relax with our partners but at the same time explore the island. I was so impressed with the service from the owner of the villa, Sissy (yes, the villa was named after the owner). She was very polite, spoke English and anything we needed she was was there to answer our questions and give us suggestions of where to go. I would recommend this villa to anyone wanting to spend a relaxed and well-catered holiday with their family or their other half. The 8 of us had an amazing time together and could also enjoy some time out and about in Chania. Everything is so close to the villa. Thank you Sissy for a fantastic and memorable time in your Villa. We hope to revisit it soon!
Μ	Μαρία Σ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most beautiful villas of Chania, a real diamond. A beautiful place to relax and enjoy your vacations with every luxury villa Sissy can provide to you. The location of the villas made our locomotion very easy and convenient. It is an ideal location situated in the downtown of Platanias but at the same time it is very quiet. The villa is elegant, tranquil, comfortable just like as the photos. Every room is decorated in a fancy way, and provides private bathroom to the tenant. The villas are very clean and fully furnished. The garden is ideal for relaxing and diving to the big and clear pool. The cost is commensurate with facilities. Sissy is a very cheerful and accessible hostess, and she provided us with the necessary informations so as our visit will be memorable. Last but not least, I should mention that villas are equipped with phones and addresses concerning covid-19 in case someone needs to be hospitalized, or to pay a visit to a doctor. It was the perfect vacations. I highly recommend this place, it was a perfect place for a 14 day visit and 6 adults but I can also recommend it for a families too.

It is exactly as in the photos and better, in the center of Platanias but at the same time in a quiet area that offers you peace and relaxation. Sissy is very helpful and kind person. But most important her hospitality was amazing. About the Villa, well the rooms was all of them clean,hygienic and comfortable. The yard also clean and tide. But most important for me the waters of the swimming pool was crystal clear! The location of the villa is quite close to the center of Chania and the beaches. I would definitely recommend this villa to others for business or family trip. I had everything I was needed. Thank you guys! See you soon!
E	Ellen Kvamme on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a luxury villa, you will find it here at Sissy. We had 10 days in this wonderful villa. Large rooms, where each bedroom had its own bathroom. Outdoor area is also great. Large inviting swimming pool and nice lounge areas around. The hosts and Sissy herself assisted everything we could wish for. She helped us hire a private chef who cooked beautiful and wonderful food for our extended family. The service was impeccable throughout our stay. Villa sissy is located in walking distance to Platanias and the beach, which was important for us with small children. Hope to come back soon :)
