★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got b1 class car(new vw polo) for 3 days. We got car delivered as promised at our hotel. Full insurance with no self risk, except if i lose the key.
Free pickup also included from hotel. Rented for 2 days and got 1 free. Bit more higher dayrate, because of the insurance.
Free tip for cretan mountain roads. Do not take smallest/cheapest car.
Friendly staff near iguana beach. My recomendations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite our 1st car breaking down, I’d highly recommend speed wheel, they’re very friendly & are quick to respond when there’s an issue, and put things right. They’re also much clearer than other car rental companies, the price includes everything, no hidden extras for the insurance so you don’t need to worry about anything. They even have a handy app that points out places to see on your route!

That’s 14 hours short !!
And when I tried to talking to then, they just said get the car back at 20:00 ☹️
They promised a Peugeot 109 - but the car was a really tired Fiat panda ?.
Find somewhere else to rent a car - Spend Wheel is cheating !!!

Firstly, the agent refused us to give a car for full 24 hours bit just from morning 8:30 to evening 21:00.
Secondly, we got the awful old car. At 2021 we got Audi A3 convertible 2010. Attaching the photos of how it looks and feels. When I asked the agent about that - he said this is the car, take It or leave it, no other cars available.
Don't book there, although it's inside the hotel and look trusty - just don't. There are other companies outside of the hotel.
