★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little place with fantstic seating and with good coffee; best I have found in the direct vicinity. Coffee comes with a nice little snack and water. Sick of the instant coffee you get everywhere ? Come here! Also good to note for the lactose intolerant / vegan; they have almond milk! Recommended!
