Ο κύριος Μπογδάνης από τη sitech, την επισκεύασε ταχύτατα και άψογα επί τόπου και πλήρωσα πολύ λιγότερα. Πρόκειται για άριστο επαγγελματία, σας τον συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Πίστευα πως θα κοστίσει αρκετά περισσότερο λόγω απόστασης (Ηράκλειο). Ο άνθρωπος που μας εξυπηρέτησε, αφενός άκουσε με προσοχή την περιγραφή του προβλήματος τηλεφωνικά, αφετέρου προσπάθησε να μας βρει λύση ακόμη και στην πιθανότητα να ήθελε απλά καλύτερο καθάρισμα και όχι αλλαγή η σίτα. Συνεπής στην ώρα του, τρομερά ευγενικός και τρομερός επαγγελματίας. Έκανε φοβερή δουλειά, διόρθωσε επιτόπου όλες τις σίτες ενώ άλλοι μου ζητάγανε να τις στείλουν σε εργοστάσιο με άγνωστο χρονικό διάστημα επισκευής και τοποθέτησης, σε πολύ λογική και οικονομική τιμή. Επίσης μας έδωσε χρήσιμα tips για τη σωστή συντήρηση κάθε διαφορετικής σίτας. Προσωπικά, χρόνια έχω να δω τέτοιον επαγγελματία, που να σου εμπνέει και εμπιστοσύνη από το τηλέφωνο. Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα! Searching for replacement and repair in pleated screens, regular and Pet, in 2 different houses, I found this company through google. I thought it would cost a lot more due to the distance (Heraklion). The man who served us, on the one hand listened carefully to the description of the problem over the phone, on the other hand tried to find a solution to us even in the possibility that he just wanted better cleaning and not a change of screen. Consistent in his time, terribly polite and awesome professional. He did a great job, fixing all the screens on the spot while others asked me to send them to a factory with an unknown period of repair and installation, at a very reasonable and economical price.
