N	Nikos Vidalis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τραγική συμπεριφορά που δεν αρμόζει σε επαγγελματίες και λάθη επι λαθών. 1) Έγινε παραγγελία για συγκεκριμένο προϊόν με ημερομηνία αποστολής κάπου στις 8 μέρες αργότερα. 14 μέρες μετά την παραγγελία η απάντηση στο τηλέφωνο είναι ότι ξέχασαν να το στείλουν. 2) Το προϊόν που έφτασε δεν ήταν το προϊόν που αγοράστηκε. Λένε πως μπορούν να στείλουν το σωστό προϊόν. 3) Τελικά δυο μήνες αργότερα αποφάσισαν ότι δεν μπορούνε να στείλουν αυτό για το οποίο πλήρωσα. Ασχολίαστο… Αυτό που πρέπει να ξέρετε πριν αγοράσετε από την BLK είναι ότι κατάφεραν να κάνουν τρία λάθη σε μια παραγγελία. Και την επιστροφή του προϊόντος δεν μπορούσαν να την κανονίσουν από την πλευρά τους, απαράδεκτοι από αρχή μέχρι τέλους. Μη γράψετε καμία απάντηση, απλά πιάστε δουλειά. Tragic behavior that is not appropriate for professionals and mistakes. 1) An order was placed for a specific product with a shipping date of about 8 days later. 14 days after the order the answer on the phone is that they forgot to send it. 2) The product that arrived was not the product that was purchased. They say they can send the right product. 3) Finally two months later they decided they could not send what I paid for. Busy… What you need to know before buying from BLK is that they managed to make three mistakes in one order. And the return of the product could not be arranged on their part, unacceptable from beginning to end. Do not write any answers, just get a job.

Αγόρασα το davinci resolve που συνοδευόταν με προσφορά με το speed editor, μου επιβεβαίωσαν αυτοπροσώπως ότι ισχύει αλλά δεν είχαν ετοιμοπαράδοτο speed editor. Μετά από 10 μέρες με ενημέρωσαν ότι είχαν κάνει λάθος και ότι δεν ισχύει η προσφορά. Συμπέρασμα: δεν παρέλαβα ποτέ αυτό πού είχα παραγγείλει και πληρώσει. Επίσης η όλη συμπεριφορά απέναντί μου όταν απαίτησα να μου δωθεί αυτό που είχε συμφωνηθεί, ήταν επιεικώς απαράδεκτη. Από την απάντηση της εταιρίας: "μας απειλήσατε οτι αν δεν σας δώσουμε δωρεάν το speed editor θα μας κανετε αρνητικές κρητικές και θα μας διασύρεται παντού" Ψέματα! "επικοινωνήσατε και με την Blackmagic η οποία σας διαβεβαίωσε οτι όντως η προσφορά έχει σταματήσει" Ψέματα! "Επίσης σας ενημερώσαμε πολύ ευγενικά πως αν θέλετε μπορείτε να επιστρέψετε το Davinci Resolve και να γινει επιστροφή χρημάτων" Ελεος... Δεν τιμήσατε την συμφωνημένη συναλλαγή. Αν κάνατε εσείς λάθος δεν το επωμίζεται ο πελάτης. Unacceptable company. I bought the davinci resolve that came with an offer with the speed editor, they confirmed to me personally that it is valid but they did not have a ready speed editor. After 10 days they informed me that they had made a mistake and that the offer was not valid. Conclusion: I never received what I had ordered and paid for. Also the whole behavior towards me when I demanded to be given what had been agreed upon, was indulgently unacceptable. From the company's response: "You threatened us that if we do not give you the speed editor for free, you will make us negative Cretans and it will drag us everywhere" Lies! "You also contacted Blackmagic which assured you that the offer has indeed stopped" Lies! "We also kindly informed you that if you want you can return the Davinci Resolve and get a refund" Mercy... You did not honor the agreed transaction. If you made a mistake the customer does not shoulder it.
