In many area you can use the sunbed and unbrella if you buy something on the bar, cafe ice cream or other. The peoples that serve you are always nice and quick. The beach is really near to many good restourants and the city of sitia that is a pearl.

But what is really special is if you can traverse the city by foot, you can truly get a sense of stepping back in time. As the photos show, you may turn a corner and find a beautiful Church or find a scenic view of cobblestone streets or of the harbor. Greece is both mythical and magical. It’s anything and everything you could ever imagine it to be. A bucket list destination for sure. If you are lucky enough to have family or friends that live there then you can experience an even greater depth of the culture and richness of such an amazing country.

A	Abby Chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sandy beach. There are local shops and eateries, but the season was just starting so not all open. Beach was quiet, next to a harbour. There are standpipe shower facilities on beach for washing off sand etc. Am sure area can get busy once season is in full swing.
